Oceanfront Penthouse with Amazing Views!

We use the term casual elegance to describe the penthouse. This is a unique and one of a kind condo. It is the only unit in this complex that has it's own private sun deck in addition to a downstairs lanai. Custom cabinets and woodwork. Stereo bluetooth receiver with 8 speakers throughout. Dimmable lighting. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, the tiki torches are lit along the ocean, which adds to the Hawaiian ambiance. Swim in the pool with a view of the ocean. Bathroom in lobby of building for easy access when using the pool. There is a large grassy area for laying out in the sun or reading a book in the shade while listening to the sound of the waves and palm trees blowing in the warm, tropical tradewinds. Community lounge chairs provided. This is a new purchase for us and we have added lots of new items including California King memory foam beds in both bedrooms, bedding, towels, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig, Nespresso maker, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, all kitchen dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils, hot water heater, washer & dryer, toilets, downstairs lanai screen doors, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels. There is a "work from home" area in the primary suite with a view of the harbor. It has an electric stand up, sit down desk with charging ports. There is also a wireless printer for your use. This is the first time this condo has been offered as a rental. Our goal is that our guests love it as much as we do! Mahalo!

The private sun deck plus lanai, amazing views, central location (15 minutes from the airport) are a few of the reasons we love the penthouse. It's also quite private, in spite of being in a condo building. A short walk to the beach and harbor. There are a lot of options for snorkel/dive/whale watching tours within walking distance. The Maui Ocean Center aquarium is within walking distance. Maalaea is a quiet little harbor town with a couple of restaurants and shops.
