This 1 bedroom condo is a perfect place for your next family vacation! Condo located on the 4th fl.

Bedroom: bedroom has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom leads to the balcony with great views of the pool and the piers. During the summer months, you have great views of the fireworks!

Kitchenette: allows you to cook during your stay. All utensils are provided.

Pool: is a unique 9 feet deep pool. It includes a shallow kiddie pool for your little ones. Lots of space on the deck to spread out!

Checkin time is 3 PM and Check out time is 10 AM.

1 parking spot is available with the rental.

No smoking inside the unit.

Unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.

No pets allowed.

Linens, sheets, pillowcase, comforters and towels are not provided.

Wifi and cable is available.

21 yrs or older renters, unless accompanied by a parent.

1.5 blocks to the boardwalk and to the beach! Walking distance to restaurants nearby! Park and go.
