Downstairs living gives way to a large deck and landscaped yard. Home backs to miles of CA conservancy forest/meadow land for a peaceful and serene setting! Located right next to the bike path and even in walking distance to restaurants. Home has an open concept feel and plenty of natural light! Large master bedroom upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs. There is also a large open loft with a desk/office space if you wanted to have another sleeping area. Owner lives on property, has separate entrance, will not interfere with guests. Permit #HRP-126

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. There were internet issues that the owner quickly addressed with a new router replacement in 1-2 hours. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful Home on a great snowy weekend

The home was amazing! The yard was the best part, centrally located. Great views. Home is well equipped and stock with all amenities. Great stay!

Great Home

The home is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. We loved the backyard with a nature view. The location is perfect and the land is flat. There was no snow this year but when it does you will appreciate not sliding down a hill. The neighborhood has no parking on the street but the owner gave us ample parking for two vehicles. The only downside (minor) was two tv's instead of three.

Amazing

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is the best part. Having the view to the open field is priceless. We saw a momma and baby bear out foraging in the field on two different evenings. It’s was priceless. My dogs also loved chasing the chipmunks in the backyard. We were a group of 8; 4 adults and 4 teen boys. The house was a good size for all of us. The common area is quite large. Having the primary suite on the upper level helped me sleep while the teens were downstairs. The hot tub was a huge hit every night. The kitchen was well stocked. I believe the house is otherwise occupied unless being rented so it’s a little different. This is a positive in that the kitchen is very well stocked with anything and everything you could need or want. We will definitely be back next summer.
