We had a great time at flaming gorge. The house was close to the marina making it easy access to the lake. I would stay there again.

Quiet property with plenty of space for our family. Easy access to Flaming Gorge! The bed was a bit uncomfortable and grill and kitchen supplies could be improved, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

the house was not as clean as I had hoped. The blinds in the dinning area were broke. The handle on the toilet in the main bathroom was broken but still usable. Over all the stay was nice.

The place was clean and ready when we arrived. But it was a little run down. Bathrooms were the worst. Also there were no spare trash bags. Probably just overlooked. We did still have a lot of fun! Thank you

Pet friendly with a big enclosed backyard, 3 good size rooms and 1.5 restrooms. The hot water was spot on too which was welcomed after a full day of fishing and hiking. The view from the kitchen/dining area was gorgeous and the host was extremely kind. I would definitely stay again.

There were definitely pros and cons to this property. It has a beautiful view, effective fenced yard for pets, comfortable beds and good sized TVs. The neighborhood was nice. We left our UTV and felt it was a safe place to leave it. There is wildlife and deer sitings were enjoyable. The downside was that it was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower had mold in the grout and the floors were only superficially cleaned. Most furniture surfaces were sticky, and because there was no cleaning supplies other than hand soap, dish soap and laundry soap, we couldn’t address it. There was no soap for the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Also, there was no chest of drawers in any of the bedrooms to put clothes away. We had to fix a broken toilet handle. Overall, it was okay, but not as good as we’d hoped for from other reviews.

Enjoyed our stay! Kids really enjoyed the Ms Pac-Man arcade game (I did as well). Very central to all Flaming Gorge has to offer. The place was not the cleanest when we got there, but definitely not filthy. Just some obvious places that were missed by the cleaners.Overall, it was a good fit for our needs and the price was definitely right.
