Welcome to Lá Casa Tropical! This stylish home is the perfect escape for your next family & friends vacation to SoFlo! Come unwind in our LARGE HOT TUB after a day of beachin’ it. Lá casa is located in Oakland Park - 10 mins to Lauderdale-by-the-sea, 15 mins to Fort Lauderdale + LAS OLAS, 26 minutes to Hollywood 40-45 mins to Miami. Shopping and dining 5-10 mins. Location is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. We created Lá Casa with families and groups in mind - convenient location, comfortable and stylish.

Our home is central to everything in Fort Lauderdale! Many beaches within a 10-25 min radius, jet skiing, parasailing, boat rides + other water sports access within 10 mins. Shopping centers, grocery stores, art centers all close by. You will run out of time with so many things to do!! The fully fenced in yard gives our guests amazing privacy and security while still having the comfort of neighbors close by! We can’t wait for our guests to enjoy Lá Casa!

Pretty Good

This property is in a convenient location and was a pretty good fit for our family. It's very cutely decorated and has fun touches, such as colored lights illuminating the palm trees out front. A bonus was the very nice bath towels and well stocked unexpected items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, coffee, etc). The property manager communicated well and made the check-in process was very easy and convenient. Pretty much all that we needed for a few days was there (washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, games, etc). The only downsides were that the property looked like it had received some minor damage before we had arrived. The toe kick/baseboard area and lower corner kitchen cabinetry had been busted. The backyard had many palm fronds on the ground, the hot tub water level and temp was low. These are largely unimportant things and didn't affect our stay, but worth mentioning in case they matter to others. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Lá Casa :) It is currently hurricane/tropical storm season in south Florida, so yes there were quite a few storms right before and during your stay. Those typically cause for the palm fronds to fall. The kitchen has already been fixed as soon as you checked out and let us know about it. The hot tub temperature is altered by guests and temperature is an easy turn up for future guests Thanks again, we welcome you back anytime!

Lá Casa is a 3-bed 2-bath entirely renovated home with brand new furnishings designed to serve you and your family with a tropical and colorful flair! The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart tv + streaming services, and a master bathroom. The other bedrooms are equipped with a Queen bed (+TV) and 2 twins. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need - including a small blender, coffee machine and electric kettle. Enjoy a meal with your family in the 6-seat dining table! Enjoy some board games with your family/friends at the stylish back family room or relax at the end of the night in the hot tub - fully private and fenced in!!
