This country house is situated very close to Cala Figuera and has been completely renovated. It is comfortably furnished and richly equipped. On the 5.000 sqm plot there is the main house and a cottage.
On the main house’s ground floor you find a living area of 50 sqm and a spacious dining room, the completely fitted kitchen with storage room, a huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi), two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. An exterior stairs goes up to the first floor where you find two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In about 30 meters distance to the main house there is the cottage with a living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open. Up to two cots for children up to two years old are available free of charge. Must be ordered.
The exterior is very beautiful and invites you to enjoy and relax. There is a pond with fish and from the swimming pool or the outdoor jacuzzi (it can only be heated at certain hours) you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with plants, palm trees and a petanque court.
The pool area offers a lot of space for having a sun bath. The covered BBQ is right next to the covered terrace and the terrace with the sun shade. The terraces are furnished with two dining tables and 14 chairs for being comfortable and enjoying the meals together.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is located just 2 km from the house, the town of Santanyí about 3 km and the picturesque seaside village of Cala Figuera only 1.5 km. There you can walk wonderfully on the harbor promenade and eat in one of the restaurants. There are numerous shops in Santanyí, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular weekly market. Also worth a visit is Cala d'Or with its white houses in Ibizan style and the hustle and bustle. Absolutely recommended is also the dreamlike kilometer-long white sand beach Es Trenc, in the car also easy to reach or perhaps a visit to the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo. Other sandy beaches in the area are S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó and Cala Llombards.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.
