Can Sivinar by dracmallorca

This individually furnished chic chalet is beautifully and quietly located on the edge of the urbanization Cap des Moro in the nature reserve of Cala Mondrago; in about 20 minutes you can walk to the S’Amarador beach, the neighboring bay to Cala Mondrago.

On the ground floor is the large open living room, generously equipped with sofas and a flat screen TV. The living room merges into the dining area. With its large dining table and comfortable chairs, it invites you to long evenings with good food, delicious wines and great conversations. You will also find a single and a double bedroom on the ground floor; in between a shower room. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is well and generously equipped: f.e. large ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, small electrical appliances, etc. From the kitchen you can directly reach the terrace with the pool. A staircase leads from the living area to the upper floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a double bedroom with a bathroom with tub for common use. You will also find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and its own terrace, from which you have a wonderful view to the sea.

In front of the kitchen there is a large covered terrace that merges into an open sun terrace in front of the pool ,

The pool invites you to refresh and the garden grill provides the physical well-being. The house has an air conditioning system with a heat pump, which can cool the bedrooms in the summer and heat them in the winter months. The bedrooms in the lower part of the house, which are not equipped with air conditioning, can be cooled with fans in the summer months and heated with electric heaters in the winter months.

It is about 6km to Santanyí, a traditional Mallorcan town. There you will find everything for everyday needs. There are two large supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. The popular weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In 10 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera and in 20 minutes to the port of Porto Petro.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.

A Place to relax and enjoy the vacation

A good location, near a beautiful beach and nature reserve (20min Walk). In Front of the House you got cliffs to the ocean with a beautiful Look and again, nice scenery. The Neighbourhood seems friendly.

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr netter telefonischer Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung, ein sehr gepflegtes tolles Haus mit einem wunderschönen Pool direkt vor der gemütlichen Terrasse, was will man mehr. Die Utensilien in der Küche sollten reduziert und teilweise ersetzt werden.

Tolle ruhige Villa mit Pool

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe hier und hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage! Die Villa ist mit vielen Dingen ausgestattet, wie einer Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Büchern und Spielen und viel Platz. Der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe zum Schwimmen und abkühlen und sehr sauber, es kommt sogar regelmäßig jemand um das Wasser zu kontrollieren. Wenn man eine ruhige Lage bevorzugt ist diese Villa toll! In 2 Gehminuten ist man an den Steilklippen von denen man auf eine wunderbare Aussicht hat. Wir müssten einmal den Service erreichen aber per WhatsApp wurde uns in kürzester Zeit geholfen. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären toll, damit nicht so viele Mücken ins Zimmer kommen. Für draußen gab es eine Mückenlampe und Räucherstäbchen um Mücken zu vergrämen, das war gut!

Sehr schönes und vor allem großes Haus. Es hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es fehlte an nichts…unkomplizierte Anreise mit Schlüsselkasten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren Ameisen in der Küche…man sollte alles sehr gut verschließen. aber das ist ein allgemeines Problem…wurde uns schon von anderen Urlaubern auf Mallorca berichtet.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt gut und ist komplett. Auch wenn die Zimmer teilweise etwas größer sein könnten sind sie doch nur zum schlafen da. Alles andere, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Terrasse und Pool sind klasse. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr schön wenn man nicht unbedingt direkt am Strand aber am Meer wohnen möchte. Wir kommen wieder. Der Geruch der Zimmer am ersten Tag könnte besser sein. Vielleicht eher lüften oder mit Raumstationen arbeiten. Die Schränke vielleicht öffnen, da das Holz doch sehr riecht. Aber das alles ist klein gemäkel, denn sonst ist es einfach traumhaft dort

La villa etait au dela de nos esperances et beaucoup plus moderne et spacieuse que nous le pensions. Elle est parfaitement agencée et nous pouvions profiter entre adultes tout en gardant les enfants des yeux. Le piscine est superbe. La villa est sur -équipee. Tout est a disposition, transat de plage parasols de plages, jeux dinterieur et de plages pour les enfants etc etc. Nous n'avons rien eu a acheter, il n'y avait qu'à emprunter. 3 salles de bains, 3 toilettes 3 balcons, autant dire que chacuns peut avour son espace. La localisation est parfaite, nous avons apprecié d'etre a proximité des plus belles criques et villes a visiter mais dans un havre de paix tres appreciable. Les reveils avec une marche dans le parc jusquaux falaises où nous avons eu la chance de voir les dauphins ou les soirées autour dun bon barbecue piscine en ayant le muxe de profiter de la piscine jusqua tres tard la nuit sans avoir à se soucier de deranger les voisins... tour etait parfait! A noter quil y a les serviettes de douches mais egalement une dizaine de serviettes de plages. Si j'avais 2 choses à corriger : petit bemol avec le joint de la paroie de douche du rez de chaussée, il serait judicieux de le remplacer car impossible de se doucher sans innonder la salle de bain; et la distance vers la boulangerie la plus proche. Il faut prendre la voiture pour chercher le pain frais le matin, dans le village. (Pour ceux qui prefere, un grille pain est a disposition pour toaster le pain de la veille ).

Gut und schön

Ein schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage. Genießen kann man die Ruhe im Frühherbst sehr und alles ist dennoch nicht weit weg. Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Santanyi oder Cala Figuera. Dazu das Meer nicht weit und tolle ruhige Buchten. Wir kommen wieder und haben schon gebucht für 2023 Ein klein wenig sauberer geht noch und gerne noch ein Zimmer irgendwo anbauen :-)

Poolpumpe kaputt, kein Ersatz in 14 Tagen möglich. Pool wurde dann nachgechlort. Check- in erst 1 Stunde später möglich als vereinbart. Sonst alles prima!

Schöne Finca in der Nähe des

Die Finca liegt abseits des Städtetrubels nahe eines schönen Landschaftsgebietes mit vielen kleinen Badebuchten und wundervollen Steilhängen, die z. T. auch begehbar sind. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto für tägliche Einkäufe und um an die schönen Strände zu kommen. Wer sehr sportlich ist, kann auch mit dem Fahrrad einiges abfahren. man kann sich hier wunderbar erholen. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist sehr gut und es fehlt fast nichts für einen schönen Urlaub. In einigen Zimmern gibt es sogar Klimaanlagen. Sinnvoll wäre die Auslage einer Karte, wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann und was in welche Tonne kommt. Wir hatten einige Probleme bei der Müllttennung. Kleinere Dinge, wie klemmende Duschtrennwände oder geringer Wasserdruck, wenn alle 3 Bäder zugleich benutz werden, haben wir in Kauf genommen.

Super schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Umgebung. Ansprechpartner ( Dagmar , sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ), vor Ort und auch schon vorm Urlaub immer zur Stelle. Kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, Gerne wieder.. Vielleicht sollte man die Adresse des Hauses um Cap de Moro / cala figuera erweitern. Die Taxifahrer hatten so ihre Schwierigkeiten es zu finden
