Neapoli Beach Retreat - 4 bed, 4.5 bath Custom Home! Steps to the Sandy Beach!

This wonderful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom custom family home is just steps from the beach! Spectacular views of the mountain, sea and excellent sunsets from the terraces make them the perfect place to enjoy a meal or glass of wine and relax with family and friends! A/C and heating in each room!

Three of the four bedrooms have queen beds and are on the main floor, and the bedroom with two twin beds is on the lower level and is adjacent to the family room. All bedrooms have high-quality beds purchased in the US and are US-size queen beds.

The dining room, kitchen, large balcony with furniture and main living area are located on the upper floor to take advantage of the beautiful views. With air conditioning in each room with individual controls, guests are assured a comfortable stay during the summer months.

"Paula and Matina made this whole booking and stay so simple and relaxing. The house is huge -plenty of room for our family of 7 and separate spaces when the teens wanted teen time. A few mins walk down the path to a little beach, which we called our private beach as generally we had it to ourselves. Other great spots within easy reach. All appliances Miele and so nice for cooking and doing laundry. Definitely recommend for large families or families holidaying together."
