Vacation bliss awaits at 5 O'Clock Chateau, a modern 3BR/2.5BA villa in the recently developed downtown Mercer Village complex. Top-quality furnishings invite you to unwind into vacation mode. Smart TVs in each bedroom provide streaming entertainment. When you’re not sunbathing at the community pool, rest in the shade on your private covered porch. A new golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee of $120 + tax per day for the duration of your stay. (If you’d like to rent the golf cart, please call in advance to reserve it before your stay.) 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. The pet fee is an additional $20.00+tax, per night.
PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 10 persons. This does include children of all ages. Community grills are available. Grilling is not allowed on the patios. Parking is allowed for 2 max. Parking passes are required.
LIVING AREA
All-new furnishings in the living area include a plush sofa and a sleeper sofa. Watch Netflix shows on the smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Stainless steel appliances shine alongside granite countertops in the kitchen. Serve morning coffee at the island bar for two. The table in the dining area seats six.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV. Find upscale comfort in the primary suite, furnished with a king bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is appointed with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back on Adirondack chairs on your covered porch. Swim year-round in the unheated community pool. The adjacent pavilion offers a shaded retreat and a shared charcoal grill area is ideal for cookouts.
