Welcome to Sand Dollar Bay…your families beach house on North Topsail Island! It’s steps from the sound and right across the street from a beach access. Just a 3-4 minute walk or a short drive to the public access. The beach house features a full sound view from the back deck, ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

North Topsail Island Beach House

Our family had a great week at this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a dock and beautiful views of the inland waterways. An easy walk to the beach across the street led to a beautiful Carolina beach. The house is close enough to shops and restaurants but away enough for quiet family time. We recommend this listing to others and would come back again.

Beautiful view of sound

Such a lovely view of the sound on the back deck! Host communicates well and addresses issues in a timely fashion. Beach access is across the street and a short walk down the road.

SUCH A FUN TIME!!

This was the first time my kids and I stayed here, and everything was great! The accommodations had everything my group needed with plenty of space. The kids loved going out in the kayaks in the intracoastal waterway. Was a very easy walk to the beach which the kdis enjoyed. The kitchen was great so everyone could cook and eat in versus having to go eat out all the time. Everyone had a great time! Thank you for everything!! Definitely a place to return to.

Christmas Save

This was a Christmas miracle for me and my family. We had a issue with another house we rented for Christmas and was no longer available, so we had to get another house soon and quick. This house was available and I am so glad I picked this one. It was better priced and had a bigger space to be in. I would definitely recommend this house. The owner was nice and had the house cleaned up the day before we headed down to the house. The check-in and Check-out process was very easy! It was a very quick walk to the beach from the house and you are right in front of the sound side to go fishing. I would highly recommend this house for anyone.

Nice duplex on sound

Bargain priced but expect a little less polish. Managers were responsive, but there were things that we didn’t mention to them that were broken when we got there and should have been noticed and repaired before our arrival. Having said that: we did enjoy the space and the location which was a pleasant 10 minutes from our other family’s rental, & near a Food Lion, BP gas station, Auto Zone, and Roses Express. Beds were clean & comfy, small ice maker worked, view out back was lovely and access to kayaking perfect. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Curiously, bathmats were thoroughly wet but clean— must have been put down before drying…? Neighbors were pleasant but normal neighbor sounds are heard. TVs never responded so I don’t know if they actually work. Keurig was nice— but regular coffee pods only were provided. Still and all, we would stay again presuming the price stays reasonable and the little broken things are better monitored.

Excellent location

Convenient location to fishing (out the back door), beach access (across the street). Perfect for our family. Pretty view of the sound. Birdwatchers delight. Screened porch with bench swing and deck were relaxing areas. Plenty of parking space. Accommodating neighbor. We wished there were some hangers in the closets. October weather was cool at first, could have used some extra blankets (kind neighbor loaned one comforter, used the living area throw for another bed). Thank you for having us.

Brinker family vacation 2022

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in North Topsail beach! The house was very clean and well kept! It had a beautiful view of the Intracostal waterway and the salt marsh. The beach access was really close and easy to get to. It is in a great neighborhood and the beach was never crowded. The house is roomy and suited us and our three teenage boys very well. We will 100% be booking this location next year!

Nice property with Amazing sunsets

I was a little surprised that it was a duplex, but no big deal. The home was nice and very comfortable with everything we needed. It is walking distance to a nice area of beach, that was never too crowded! Stores are a little far, so planning ahead is a good idea. The area was peaceful, but the best part was the beautiful sunsets you can see from the back deck!! I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

Nice duplex. Sound view with a dock. Easy walk to the beach. On the peaceful end of North Topsail. Amenities were all there and the property is nicely maintained. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
