Once you arrive you will be in walking distance to PIER PARK where you can shop,snack and enjoy just walking and looking not to mention the entertainment for the young folks.
The great pool in just down stairs and if you need to take a break my balcony is just the place to watch a memorable sunset and get ready for a walk on the beach that is just across front beach road
A great place for Snowbirds to escape the cold and enjoy the warm Gulf
Parking available in the parking deck with up to 2 parking passes when available for $60 each.

My favorite place in PCB

I’ve been vacationing in PCB for many years. This place has been my favorite. The new tower and amenities are great. Donnie the owner was awesome to work with and went out of his way each time I asked for anything. I 10/10 recommend

Location, Location, Location!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect for our family. The children really enjoyed being close to Pier Park. Parking was great and the amenities were spot on. We have no complaints! Will definitely try to stay here on our next trip.

beautiful view, close to Pier Park

We had an amazing stay. The check in process was straight forward. Parkin pass is issued upon arrival. Scan your pass upon arrival and every time you have to leave the parking deck. The condo was beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone. Open floor plan overlooking the golf. Beds were firm and comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful. Location is awesome as well. You can walk to Pier Park. We had a parade one night and we watched it from our balcony. The sun sets were beautiful to see. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
