Welcome to the holiday home page of the Matuschek family in Spain in La Marina!

"Casa Navarra" - Detached house with private pool, air conditioning, electric heating, pellet stove

2 bedrooms, completely enclosed plot, 2 bathrooms, pool 3x5m

The 90 m² detached holiday home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with adjoining private park, but still centrally located to the village centre of La Marina. In the village centre you will find doctors, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc..

The house is ideal for families: A living room with satellite TV (German reception and changeable also English reception possible), two bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, a shower room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Outdoor terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and outdoor shower.

A spiral staircase in the garden area leads to a small roof terrace with sun loungers, from where you have a sea view in the distance.

Covered parking space is available on the property.

The beach is about 3 km away, kilometres long and very wide, with tapas bar and beach bar. Behind it there are green dunes and pine forests. The beach is easy to reach by bicycle (rental available in the village).

The house has free internet access.

Only the electricity charges are billed separately on site by the house administration.

The electricity price is currently 30 cents per kWh. However, this may change due to the current situation. If the price will increase, then we will charge the electricity supplier's price per KWh valid during the rental period.
To reduce costs for tenants, we have installed a photovoltaic system on the roof.

Long-term tenants in winter (more than one month) get reduced prices.

By the way: The house is a non-smoking house! Pets are unfortunately not allowed!

The place was lovely and clean including the pool everything you need in the kitchen dish washer washing machine all the kitchen utensils .Air con available i could not fault this Villa at all we will definitely be back for another holiday soon. A car is a requirement if you stay in La Marina to get around as there is very little or no public transport.plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. La Marina beech is about 15 mins drive away me and my girlfriend spenty 5 hours a day on there it is safe if you have children.it is a 10 out of ten for me thank you very much to the owners

Wunderbarer Ort

Villa Navarra ist ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit Garten und Pool, ruhig gelegen und sauber. Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Sehr zu empfehlen. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars.

Tolles Haus in klasse Lage

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 4 Wochen in diesem Haus zu wohnen. Es war vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut. Tolle Ausstattung, absolut sauber, Internet war prima. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zu allen Restaurants/Bars, ca. 10 Minuten Laufweg. Aus einem Grund werden wir es trotzdem nicht noch einmal anmieten: Wir haben uns in dieser Zeit ein eigenes Haus in La Marina Urb. gekauft. :-)

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus.

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in La Marina, aber beim Haus von Fam. Matuschek traf das zu. Um nicht zu viel vorweg zu nehmen, wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal in diesem wunderbaren Haus! Es passte einfach alles! Sauberkeit, Lage, die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung (hier noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Nowitzki), alles ne glatte 12 von 10! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Jedes noch so kleine Detail wurde mit Hingabe arrangiert. Viele, kleine schattige Plätzchen laden zum verweilen ein. Hier findet garantiert jeder seinen eigenen Lieblingsplatz! Größtes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Wer wie ich, lieber im Pool als im Meer badet, denn versuchen sie mal ein Bier im Wellengang festzuhalten, ;) der ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen. Die Ruhe drumherum und auch die Privatsphäre an sich, waren nicht zu unterschätzen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Location idéalement située 🤩

Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Emplacement idéal, très propre, conforme à l’annonce. Piscine très bien entretenue. Au calme. La personne qui nous a remis les clés est très agréable. Elle parle plusieurs langues notamment le français. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft, wir nennen es liebevoll "das Eidechsen haus", ist absolut perfekt. Schöne ruhige Lage, super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe vom Eigentümer eingerichtet.

Wonderful home from home

Everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. The owners have thought of everything, in generous amounts: from kitchen utensils, crockery to towels, coffee, kitchen spices; everything you need for a stressfree vacation. The house, pool and gardens were spotless and carefully maintained. The bed was so comfortable that we slept really well. The area is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So pleased we booked this. Steffi is so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

El alojamiento maravilloso, todo perfecto, un encanto de casa. La anfitriona genial. Lo único que no, nos gustó es que la TV estaba en alemán, estamos en España somos españoles y nos fastido bastante. La luz bastante cara que se paga aparte. 12 días 30 euros. Una pasada y sin poner aire acondicionado , ni lavadora. El internet ( wifi) que al final no lo regalaron pero desastroso, lento y se cortaba, así que al final veíamos la tele por el móvil. Un saludo

A lovely clean villa

Our experience for renting this property was amazing from start to finish. Very clean villa and decent size the pool was lovely and clean and a nice size. The villa is Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The maintenance manager was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will deffinetly back to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay
