Location, location, location! Wonderful 3-level townhome located in Stemwinder II. Steps away from Heisler Way, Easy Street, and Powder Monkey Lift! Gated parking. Wi-Fi. Washer/Dryer.

Rental Property Description

This delightful, centrally-located 4-bedroom townhouse will easily accommodate a large family or multi-family mountain getaway. The main floor has a cozy living area and large eat-in kitchen/den overlooking amazing ski slope views and a private deck! The kitchen & dining area is open with a spacious floor plan for happy meal-time gatherings! Large dining table seats 8 and bar top counter seats 4. Warm-up and relax by the wood-burning fireplace after a fun day on the slopes or trails. The kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware and dishes to prepare your own meals. Coffee drinkers will delight in having both a Keurig and 12- cup Mr. Coffee Pot. Microwave, crock-pot, and toaster are all provided. The main level also features a half bath. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bathrooms have hairdryers.

Upstairs, the bedroom and bathroom layout is as follows:
1. Roomy king bedroom with private full-sized ensuite bath.
2. Cozy queen bedroom with amazing lake views
3. Bunk room with one set of bunks and a single twin
4. Full-sized shared hall bath

The lower level features a 4th bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bathroom, and an amazing game & TV room with a huge large deck overlooking the slope below! Walk along this lovely shared deck with direct access to the slopes!! This will be where the kids will want to hang out after a fun day of adventure!
The full-sized washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.

Ski/Bike In and Out access!

Stemwinder has the best location on the mountain. Centrally located, steps away from Heisler Way and just a short walk to the village and shuttle stops - it can`t be beaten! Once you park in the private lot, you won`t have to drive again during your stay! Firewood is provided.

- Please note that there is an entrance fee to use Split Rock Pools.

Great location!

You can't beat the location, directly on the slope, near the Powder Monkey lift. Property was great for 2 families, loved the wood burning fireplace and ski storage at the front.

Great location and space for the kids to play.

Our second year staying at Stemwinder 5 and everyone loved it! Great location for young kids to access ski school and slopes. And they loved the play room downstairs, especially the foosball table.

Great Time

This was a great location and great stay for what our group was looking for. The communication was excellent on any questions we had about the property during our stay. The house was as advertised and the pictures were accurate. I would stay at this property again if I make it back to mountain.

Excellent Accommodation and Location for Large Family with Small Children

Great place for large extended family with small children. Easy access to ski slope and ski school area. Two separate living room areas on main floor for “separation”. Great play room downstairs with a foosball table that the kids loved!

Perfect little spot

This property was just what we needed! As described ski in/ski out. Property was clean and we were very satisfied with our stay. Property manager seemed nice through communication and was quick to reply with any questions presented.

Great time with the family

Great location and perfect for 11 family members. Ski out to the slope And a 5 minute walk to the village.Great sunrises off the back deck. Cooked most meals with plenty of room for everybody at the table. Looking forward to next year

Awesome property for families! Especially teens. Location great and within walking distance to village. Great view and we’re able to watch our grandkids ski right past us from deck. Loved the multiple areas with comfortable seating and tvs. Will definitely try to stay in this property again!!

Best Stemwinder Property

We’ve been coming to snowshoe for the past 5 years and always love staying at stemwinder properties. This property has been our absolute favorite. We were mailed a key card so getting to the parking lot was a breeze. So much room for everyone! Our favorite is ski in and ski out and being able to walk to our favorite bar, Tuques. Thank you so much for the best hospitality!

Great ski in ski out

Located right off Powder Monkey lift just a short walk from the downstairs porch to the slopes. Has a wood burning fireplace with wood provided. Just bring something to help get it started. The managers are great to wok with! Texted me the day of arrival to let me know about a power outage at the unit and then updated me through the day about the progress of getting it back on. Were also quick to get back with me about staying an extra night! Will be looking to book this place for next year!

Excellent location

This unit was one of the best ones we have stayed at on the slopes of snowshoe. Plenty of space to spread out, we had our family and our teenagers brought friends. The kitchen had everything we needed including large pots and pans! We had 6 teenagers so we cooked a lot. Great front door parking and excellent snow removal of sidewalk, we received several inches of snow over several days. The mudroom entry was great to dry gear each day and keep the interior floors clean and dry. Plenty of bathrooms and beds to have a large group or multiple families. The deck was great to watch the skiers go by but could have used a snow shovel for the back porch. The only issue was cable outage at the time we were there and only one smart tv. We will definitely be renting this unit again! Our favorite so far and we come every year!
