The space
Tres Aguas offers an open, spacious interior design inspired by the Old San Juan concept throughout the property with an antique yet modern style furniture and classic art that express our Puerto Rican culture and history in a fashionable way.

This beautiful villa includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a buffet style counter table that sits up to 3 guests, dinning area that sits up to 4 more guests, living room with plenty of sitting area and a Smart TV to enjoy movie night. Fully air conditioned with high ceilings and a commodious balcony with different views of the pool, lake, mountains and palms.

The master bedroom includes a dreamy queen size bed, a TV, workspace, closet space and an attached private bathroom. The bedroom also provides amazing lake and nature views. The second bedroom includes three comfortable twin size beds, closet space, workspace and an ocean peek to enjoy a relaxing view.

Fast Wi-Fi internet, plenty of workspace, beach essentials such as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our beach lovers make this property a full experience of comfort and convenience.

Washing and drying machine are private and in unit, perfect for guests looking for longer stays.

Guests have access to the entire property and all interior spaces are private and exclusively for their use.

Just a short walk away from the pool, beach and dog park for the enjoyment of all our guests. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM and for the use of guests and residents of Fairlakes Village.

Tres Aguas Villa offers fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for work travelers or movie nights.

Guests also have direct access to the beach and dog park which are just a short walk away from the villa.

Palmas del Mar offers a great variety of amenities that are easily accessible by Golf Cart, which can be rented near the property. Tennis club, Golf Course, dining options, mountain biking, beach, marina and so much more.

Tres Aguas is a pet loving property. We offer a stylish and comfortable bed and plate for our loving 4 legged guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Fairlakes Village will be working on renovations in the exterior areas from April 10th, 2023 until April 24th, 2023, if the weather allows the project to go as planned. Guests that book their reservations between these dates should be aware that there will be potential of construction noise outside from 8:00 AM until later in the afternoon and they might have to park their vehicles just a little further away from the villa than usual. Not too far, just about 2 minutes on foot.
