Perfect location and beautiful house

This is a beautiful property in a very safe location. The views are amazing, my family and I had a great time and loved the local town. The communication with the owner was also very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location and Property

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The house was excellent, the pool amazing, the view spectacular, and Manuel was great about responding to any questions that we had.

Great house!

We really enjoyed the house, its proximity to the beach and the gorgeous views! Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. I would stay there again!

Naguabo trip

Great place, great location, great host. Amazing views. Safe gated community. Closed to many amenities. Communication with host amazing. Great restaurant. Just an hour from the airport. Will book again coming to PR. Thanks Manuel for a great experience.

Great pool and neighborhood

Home owner was very helpful with quick responses. House was perfect for a large family! AC worked great. Plenty of beach and Pool towels which was very helpful. Beautiful view from deck and pool. A lot Of nice places to eat local !

Making Memories in Puerto Rico

The house is amazing, the kids spent everyday in the swimming pool and the private beach was so nice and conveniently located. this place was the perfect fit for what we needed to have an unforgettable vacation in Puerto Rico.

RESORT STYLE VIEWS AND ACCOMODATIONS

OUR HOST WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND DIRECTIONS. WELL EQUIPPED AND LUXURIOUS SETTING THAT OUR ADULT FAMILY OF 4 ENJOYED VERY MUCH THE POOL AND OUTSIDE VIEWS AND COMFORTS. THANKS MUCH FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY FOR A WEEK.

The house was great for my seven grandbabies and two sons and I!! It has all the basic needs, amazing views and very safe area. Only down side was the grumpy hassling American neighbor! The HOA president was so helpful and friendly.

Fantastic house

Our family of six stayed at Manuel’s house for a week during a Spring break. Fantastic house in a gated community, with awesome views. Spotless clean, very roomy, with everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful vacation

Beautiful house, deck, and pool. Great communication with host. Clean. Convenient location. There are always thing one can knit pick, but main take away is that it is great place. Another reviewer complained the hot tub does get hot. As far as I can tell, this is true, but we didn't care as were really looking to cool off in the pool.

Very nice house but the listing says hot tub and it is not a hot tub. It is separate from the pool but never gets hot. Pool was beautiful but, disappointed about the hot tub.

Outdoor paradise!

My family & friends, 10 of us stayed a week in this beautiful home perched on hill with the most incredible views of the ocean. The home comfortably afforded us plenty of space and amenities. Manuel was wonderful with great communication throughout the entire trip. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the wonderful outdoor space & pool. We never had an issue with hot water for all the showers taken, AC through the house on the hot days. Kitchen was fully stocked for everyday entertaining. The views do not disappoint! Very close to shopping and cute town of Naguabo for lunches. We can’t wait to come back to this slice of heaven!

Large beautiful home with great views

Overall stay was great and will definitely recommend and consider returning for another stay in future. Pros: Large home with lots of space and room for 2 families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) to spread out. Loved the location, gated community, ocean view, pool, & available laundry. Manuel (the host) was friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: For our 10 day stay, it was not ideal having to live out of suitcases since there were no available drawers to unpack luggage. Not a big deal for some but something to note. Unfortunately, an unexpected storm during our stay did cause the entire eastern region of PR to lose power. The house did have a generator, but it wasn’t a large full home one that would run everything efficiently. The central A/C or electric stove were not running due to this. Manuel made daily check-ins, brought over more gasoline for the generator and a small propane stove to accommodate. He mentioned considering making upgrades to ensure it doesn’t happen in future.

Bringing a new generation back to PR!

We selected this property to fit 10 people and have everything on one level. The house layout was open and welcoming, the covered patio and pool was used everyday. We played dominos, while the kids swam during our “at home” days. We were able to explore Luquillo, El Yunque and visit extended family easily. The supermarket and Panadería in town had everything we needed for meals. The waterfront restaurants in town were great! The house had plenty of cooking spices, and the essentials for the first morning coffee. Plenty of bath and pool towels, bedding, pillows for our large group. All bedrooms were comfortable. Manuel was super easy to talk to and had everything organized so well for check-in/check-out. We felt so at home. Thank you for a wonderful visit, a new generation of our family has fallen in love with PR.

The most amazing house!

First and foremost, I would be remiss in not first pointing out the incredible communication with property manager. Very welcoming and made things so simple. Extremely quick to respond too. Now the property: - The house is approx. an hour away from SJ area, but it’s not a terrible drive, and the house was worth it. - The house is absolutely gorgeous, and impeccably clean. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. We all slept comfortably, and had space. The pool is so beautiful on a deck overlooking the ocean. There are loungers and patio furniture so we could enjoy the view in a quiet area. -I felt safe in this gated community, and everyone was so nice. - A mile from the house is a little strip of shops, bars and restaurants right across the street from the ocean. Nice place to hang out. - Near the house is Fajardo and Luquillo, known for their beaches and food. But the house is also near a beautiful beach. Honestly, I could go on and on with all the great things this property had. I will definitely stay here when I come back. My heart was so sad when we had to leave. Anyone looking to stay in a private paradise, stay here!

Terrible

Host rude, dismissive, and inaccessible by any other communication than "whats ap texting". The home we arrived at, while okay, was not even close to what was described as a "million dollar home". We would NEVER WANT to stay here again. Host gave little to no instructions on what you needed and expected upon on our arrival, serious maintenance needed done on the entire home, floor grout was almost black in places because it was so dirty, numerous holes in the walls, cracks, and even a hole on the refrigerator, mold on lawn furniture, rusty screws holding on light plates, ground was soft and sinking, including the area surrounding the pool where there were holes in the brick and soft spots in the deck. Huge safety hazard. We all have stubbed, bruised, and broken toes from tripping over the uneven deck stones. Master bath filthy with tiles cracked and falling off, no plug for drain to take a bath. Power went out 3 times and host said we had to go out in middle of night in a very sketchy neighborhood to buy our own gas for the generator. Giant cockroaches by drains at night and ants everywhere. It is surrounded by beautiful homes but is definitely not like them. Outdated, dusty, and in need of a major remodel and maintainance. Area outside gated community definitely not tourist friendly (would not go into at night) and nearest grocery store at least 20 minutes away on a narrow winding road.
