We are assuming you have not seen yunque forest (20 min away ) The kayak trips (5 min away ) Or the luminescence bay which I'd close by . Hello we are sorry that you were disappointed and tried our hardest to appease you. We are surprised though that you failed to mention in this review of the damage that you intentionally had done to our property breaking a few doors, cracking our table and placing bags of sand in the pool so that the pool guys would come clean it up .The beach as you know since you have a rental property there as well is seasonal so the seaweeds enter there ar this time of year . As you know it in fact is swimmable which is why none of our other reviews state that its not. The pool is NOT CHIPPED , The bugs which ended up in the pool due to our plants had been removed by our pool guys . We have photos proving this and you seemed satisfied ", The demolished house across the street is a lie" It is in the construction phase due to the effects of the hurricane that we had . As a matter of fact its almost rebuilt . It has since been repainted . The view from our front porch looks out towards the beach . We offered you 2 future free nights in order to provide some compensation so that you would not feel this way We sent our pool guys there 3x to take care of the pool issues that you are stating , thinking that this would satisfy you and it's the correct thing to do. It is why we have been in business for 12 yrs due to our honesty , and attention to our guests with no reviews similar to yours and the other group that stayed with us. We also told you that we were willing to return some of your money. You however wanted ALL of your money back which is not possible . You were looking for a FREE place to stay and benefiting from our kindness All you are accomplishing is ruining the possibility of rentals to other kind locals there .if that makes you happy then so be it . We also found out that your intent was to lie on this review given that you live near by, along with a another review that was written by the other group that stayed with us. . Had we known that this was the case we would not have rented to you or them. My friend , this is not a way to do business . In the end your house rentals will fail due to your manipulation tactics . This is why we have been in business for 12 yrs with nothing like these 2 reviews that both of your groups have written. I assure you that the property that YOU OWN only for 2 yrs which is located in the same location as ours with less bedrooms and less bathrooms with no pool indeed is less expensive rightfully so. We don't do business that way , spreading false information in order to demean someone else's property so that you can elevate your business. Please understand we will NOT play this game with you. I do assure you however that if you keep doing this nonsense your business will fail not due to our fault but because of your intent . I will say however that this will benefit you in the beginning HOWEVER you will not last long in this business if you do not change your disposition . Its unfortunate that you behave this way, so unprofessional to try to get ahead . I truly wish you well. The future will tell.

If I.would have known about those specific details during your stay then I would have gladly taken care of them right away. Needless to say I followed your list exactly and even modernized those specific details as.to continue remaining a.5 star luxurious property. Thank you for leaving us a review . We are happy that you enjoyed your vacation as this is our goal. We apologize for the dolphins not working . In order to fix this issue we would need to rebuild the pool which we have not had time to do yet given that most of the time we are booked . We did have color changing lights but after they went out the only ones available were the lights that don't change color . We did not want to leave the pool without any lights at all as it would be unsafe at night . When these lights go out we will replace them with color . changing lights once again . We were unaware of the problem with refrigerator . It appears that some one unplugged it incorrectly and plugged it in the wrong way . Thankfully all electricity problems are fixed and working safely again .

Thank you very much for taking time out to write a review for us. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us as this is our primary goal for any one to stay with us. We are very sorry for the little inconvenience that we were able to fix right away. Although we do everything that we can, to ensure that everything works properly sometimes things come up when you have such a large property that accommodates so many people. 90 percent of the tourist attractions are within 22 mins away however if you input addresses as apposed to locations in PR it is easy to get lost. Unfortunatly in the caribbean during certain months it rains more frequently than others but at least since we are in tropics rain only lasts for 20 mins. Thank you very much for taking the time out to write a review for us. We spend a lot of time making sure everything works correctly and maintaining the property. I just wanted to comment THAT THE TRIP FROM THE AIRPORT TAKES 38 MINS if you take the major highways instead of taking the long scenic way along the perimeter of the Island. Also most of our guests do swim at our beach however there is more seaweed there due to the aftermath of the hurricane but it's getting better. It should be back to normal within a few months. Hello we are truly sorry for your disappointment as we try very hard to make our guests happy and that we have open lines of communication. We encourage our guests to read our instructions to avoid any misconfusion . Our mistake however was that we did not have them in Spanish . That has been taken care of . That being said we appreciate your feedback HOWEVER your intent was malicious. Had you called us to fix what you stated was broken which wasn't we would have been glad to do whatever is necessary to appease you including possibly giving you some compensation. Lying on a Review for 2nd gain in order to destroy a business is just unacceptable . We did find out however that someone else In your group knows one of our competitors so writing this false review was meant to lower our rates. Not a problem though we just lowered our rates. NOW let's talk about these issues you are stating . "Broken glass" is FALSE What did happen though was that someone in your party broke the wheel on the door and therefore it did not slide well. This has been fixed. The pool: We have 2 professional pool companies in order to MAKE SURE There are no issues . We told you to please rinse off in our outside shower before entering the pool from the beach . The salt and. Sand offset PH and chemicals. We know this because the pool PH gets checked frequently when our pool guys go there . We sent out companies there 4x when you were there in order to make sure the pool was clean. You mentioned that the price was to high . If you look at other 5 bedroom , 3 bathroom houses with a pool near a beach you would notice that in fact we are inexpensive relative to the others . That's OK though because we had to lower our prices. Not a problem . You also state that the Acs and the dishwasher was not working as well as the fan . Had you read our instructions or even called us we would have gladly told you how to use them.. The fan and. The dishwasher are new as well as some of the air conditioning units . They were and all are working fine . All you needed to do was adjust the temperature however you didn't ask us nor did you read our instructions again. The instructions for our NEW dishwasher were directly in front of the dishwasher . If you did not know how to read then we apologize . Again we know that you have tried to "berate us based on one of our competitors. This will be taken care of as well . We welcome feedback positive. Or negative however we DO NOT appreciate frank lies nor maliciousness . We sincerely hope that you have not nor will not do this to other properties. Again they have been informed of your intent .
