Only One Block to The Beach! This Coastal Getaway has room for the whole family for your next beach trip! There are two bedrooms and each has a King bed. A large deck off the living room offers easy indoor and outdoor living to enjoy a beautiful sunset after a day on the beach or exploring the Central Coast! You will find a dining table with seating for Six, Two full bathrooms and an open kitchen living space to make your upcoming trip unforgettable!

This property is our favorite place we have stayed in Morro Bay. We apprciated being able to bring our dogs. It was the perfect location. As others said, you can't take your dogs onto the beach access nearby, but its super close to the dog beach and a great dog park. Plus, the back yard was fenced.There is so much space. It would be great for a family with children or even 2 families.It was a fantastic location. We watched the sun set on the beach every day without needing to drive. We brought our bikes and were able to bike to the Embarcadero on the nearby bike trails. It was quiet and safe, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The communication was excellent and check- in was a breeze. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

The property location is great. It needs a lot of TLC inside and outside. The laundry room is very unkempt and unusable. There needs to be fans in the house for air flow. The bedding in spare bedroom was not laundered. Dust bunnies and old left behind socks found by our pup and it needs a deep dive clean overall. Neighbors outside with their dogs at 2am.. disruptive sleep and house super hot as unable to open patio door because no safety screens. This was not an enjoyable experience and we left early.

Nice place

Stayed with my family over Easter. Great location, close to everything. We rode our bikes, took walks on the beach and even played pickle ball at the local park.

We just completed our three-night stay at this property in Morro Bay. I wish I could give it more stars, as it is a super cute house. I don't want to start with negative, so I'll start with the positive. The house is in a good location, although the description of its location being "one block to the beach" is a bit misleading. While it is a block to the Morro Strands State Park Campground, access to the beach is not one block away. The house is tastefully decorated with a beach type vibe. It has two smart TV's and the internet is decent. It is also pet friendly but didn't give the vibe that pets had been there. (No odor or pet damage etc). The house needs some TLC. It is "surface clean" in appearance, but it could use a major deep cleaning. (i.e. don't look under the furniture, yikes!) Windows were full of cobwebs inside and out, and the back slider is in major need of repair or replacement as opening and closing it is very difficult. The yard itself is unkept. The front of the house in the listing photo makes it look very nice, but in reality, that photo is obviously old as the property actually looks rundown in person from the front. The beds need replacing and the bottom sheet on the bed we used had a hole in it. The sheets and provided towels were very worn out. It has a lot of "old house" noises which can't be helped and we didn't mind, but it could be cared for a bit better. Cleanliness and proper upkeep are what brings people back. We won't be back.

Great place to stay for central coast getaway

Nice pet friendly property just a black from the Morro strand. Has nice front porch to relax in the sun and listen to the ocean. Backyard easy to let pets out and clean up after. Great location to explore the beaches and wineries on the central coast.

Wonderful

Short trip to visit family in the area. Quick walk to the beach was wonderful. The house was beautiful and warm and change and I would absolutely love to visit again.

Great place to stay for families

This is an older beach home, not updated but it is perfect for a family/extended family group. It was comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving weekend with our family! It was a good choice for us. It is dog friendly which was a plus for us. No dishwasher but that wasn't a problem for us.

Cute beach home

Nice house just needs a really good deep cleaning. If you plan on taking your dogs, they are not allowed on the beach right there. You will need to drive them to a dog beach

Perfect Place!

We had a great time - this house is absolutely perfect for a family with lil kids or adult children who like to stay up a lil. The bedroom they made out of the garage is GREAT because 2 nice long rooms are at one end then the other side of the house is what we called the “game party room” u close that door and the adults have the whole house to themselves.

A wonderful time

My family consisting of my 87 year old father, sister, niece, and nephew had such a nice time staying in this rental. It was so roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating areas with the fire grill. We had great bonding time making s’mores and laughing. We had great sleep as the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time

This property was perfect for us. We brought our dogs so we could take them to the dog beach. The beach was an easy walk from the house. The property had everything we needed: comfy beds, lots of kitchen equipment to make our meals, a fenced back yard, and flexible hosts that were able to accommodate us when we decided to stay longer. We had a great time.

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed the property. Beds were comfortable. Close to beach. We did not realize bunk beds were in the converted garage. A little musty smelling in the garage room. Also there had clearly been a cat there which bothered some in our party who are allergic. Overall it was just what we wanted.

The house was not sanitized - fingerprints and stickiness on refrigerator, stove, handles, cupboards, etc. Overall cleanliness was acceptable for the weekend. Microwave plate did not fit microwave and therefore didn't heat consistently. Need more foil ;-)

Easy walk to the Beach!

My family of 4 stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. The location and distance from the beach was fantastic. The house easily swallowed us. With the bunk room, we could have slept 6 more people, but the house really would not be big enough to accommodate that many. The dining room table is only big enough for 6, and with no dishwasher, you won't want to be washing everyone's dishes!The house is in need of some upgrades-the shower head in the master bath is too low for anyone over 5' 4". Another counter or rolling island in the kitchen would be helpful (and there's space for it). The backyard could be a great place to hang out with a little time spent on the landscape, but as it was, it was not a place you wanted to spend time. Better patio furniture out front would be nice as that has the best view of the ocean. Overall, we rated the location a 5 but the house a 3.5. But, if you are just looking for a place to sleep and want to spend most of your time at the beach, this is the house for you.

No Dishwasher!

Never did a vacation rental without a dishwasher. Love the location, but no dishwasher? Thermostat for the home was old spring technology, cant heat the entire home, one side of home hot, other side freezing cold, no exterior light in front of garage for safety. Half the dishes were dirty when we arrived, we had to clean them before we used them, did I mention no dishwasher... Cookware was as cheep as it gets. Not enough toilet paper and paper towels. This place has so much potential, if they fix this stuff I would stay here twice a year because of the location to the beach.
