Stunning & Modern Family-Friendly Slopeside Retreat in the Heart of Snowmass!

Welcome to the finest two bedroom residence Snowmass has to offer. Remodeled in 2022, this stunning unit has been exquisitely designed from top to bottom with impeccable attention to detail and all the amenities to provide up to six guests with the ultimate Snowmass experience. No need to drive to the ski hill! Put your gear on at the unit and walk just 100 feet to the slopes. In the summer, there's equally easy access to the best hiking and mountain biking. Welcome to alpine Paradise!

If you fly in, visit without a car, or simply prefer public transportation, our transit system is absolutely amazing for a town this size.

If you are traveling within Snowmass Village, the best option is a free transit service called Village Shuttle which makes regular rounds between the ski resort, village/shopping areas and the many condos and hotels. Otherwise, to get anywhere in the Roaring Fork Valley (which includes Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs) I recommend using RFTA (Roaring Fork Transit Authority) buses. They are fast, efficient and there are stops and routes all over the area to help you get to where you need to go. If you are only traveling around the Aspen/Snowmass area these buses are 100% FREE.

To quickly get instructions on how to go from “Point A" to “Point B" I would highly recommend using Maps. This will take all the fuss and guesswork out of finding your way around, as there are quite a plethora of routes and options. Simply plug in your destination, select "transit" (the little train icon,) and Maps will do the rest, conveniently showing you all the appropriate schedules, routes, where, and how far, to walk to catch them. You can even set reminders to leave if you need to arrive somewhere by a certain time. Maps works for both RFTA buses and the Snowmass Village Shuttle.

The interior decor was just beautiful and the fireplace was so cozy (and yes, it gets quite warm :) The owner does a wonderful job preparing the place for his guests. The ice machine (in the fridge) came in handy (yes, even in winter :)The location was perfect, right in front of the jacuzzi, around the corner from the shuttle/ Aspen bus stop, and a 2-min walk to SnowMass Mall! :DThe owner was quick to reply and eager to fix any minor details. And he was kind enough to offer his ski closet for luggage storage. Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was quite pricey for us (just two of us).

Very clean and welcoming! Beautiful landscaping around. Amazing location of you are doing anything in the town park area. Tons of free shuttles (tips) and a mall just up the hill.

Quick weekend trip to Aspen/ Snowmass

This property did not disappoint. Everything was clean and orderly and there was plenty of space to put our belongings. The condo is located in a cute little area surrounded by manicured greenery. Walking steps to the hot tub or to a cute little fire pit area . Definitely would stay here again . The host was so nice as to even provide a welcoming bottle of wine, nice touch!

Nice place in Snowmass

We stayed for one night in this property. This is a very nice condo with comfortable furnishings. The property was clean. Great location close to shuttle bus stop. Hot tub on property was a bonus.

The unit was very nice, it had everything we needed,the hot tub area and the grounds around the property were very beautiful. The negative was getting to the unit itself. The listing states that it is a second floor unit, but the unit is located in the middle of the complex and you have to walk outside either 37 steps up or 37 steps down to get to the unit. We had been traveling for a week with another couple and had luggage, cooler and food bags that needed to be carried up the stairs to the unit. We had to park the car at the bottom and unload and then the car had to be parked in a parking lot behind and across from the complex. We are in our 60's and anyone with physical issues should be aware of the fact that you need to haul your luggage and your belongings up many stairs to the unit. I had messaged the host about the amount of steps prior to leaving on our trip and he said the steps were minimal, which was not the case. I also missed that the unit did not have air conditioning, living here in Colorado myself, everything is usually air conditioned, so I did not even look to see if the unit was air conditioned. There was a time when you did not need air conditioning in the mountains, but the climate has changed and we were there the beginning of June and it was already very warm when we were there, Fans were available, but it was very warm during the day, so that helped, and it did cool down later in the evening with the windows open.

Location of condo is perfect!

Condo is located directly across from hot tub, BBQ area and firepit. The parking was super close to the condo, and being able to drop off personal items right at the condo was perfect. The condo pics on line are exactly like the condo. It was beautiful and a great place to stay, we will stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful!

So smooth from start to end. Property is exactly as described. Photos are accurate. Great location (walk to slopes, mall, and base area). Public transport for those who don’t like to walk. You can also catch a bus down the hill to the other resorts. Check-in was very easy and excellent communication from host.

Excellent condo

We had a great stay. Super convenient to Snowmass Mall, Base Village, and easy access to transportation to Aspen. Condo was very well appointed and beds were great (including pullout). Owner was great to deal with. Overall, excellent stay.

Great spot for a family stay in Snowmass

The location was great. Only a short walk to the Mall and close to the lifts. Has a code protected storage closet for skis. Great hot tub literally across from the unit. The community laundry was downstairs and easy to use. They had Speed Queen machines in a clean, large room. I would pack a folded tote to carry your laundry up and down the stairs if you plan to use the facilities. Overall, we had a great stay. Grant (property owner) is very responsive and made sure we had easy access to information.

Gorgeous views and close to everything!

My husband and I and another couple visited the area. The skiing was amazing and the views were absolutely spectacular. This condo is so close to absolutely everything and has quick and easy access to a fantastic hot tub! We loved our stay!!
