Welcome to your home away from home. Enjoy a modern design guest suite with great easy access to route 51, Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic, Desert Ridge Mall and many restaurants in North Phoenix. With its own private parking, entrance and backyard, our stylish guest suite offers 1 bedroom 1 queen size bed , 1 den 1 twin size bed and 1 private bath. We offers high speed internet, TV, AC, fridge, washer/dryer, cooking burner, microwave, and hairdryer. Safe and clean. Pets fee is charged per stay.

Ideal location for hiking and golfing. Close to good restaurants and shopping. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Nice, big yard for our pet. Cozy and quiet.

Just what we needed.

This place had everything we needed. It is compact, but there was excellent use of the space. The neighborhood was very quiet as were the guests staying in the main house. It is near a gas station, freeway, and stores. It's great for a short stay.

Clean & simple

Everything was neat & clean. My wife wanted more blankets. I was uncomfortable parking on the street, but there were no issues. Other than those two items, we were satisfied with our stay.

Cute little apartment

It was a pleasure to stay at your little apartment, only a minor thing regarding the temperature. Your instructions state that the apartment shall remain at 72 F, but when we arrived the AC was set to 90. It took several hours to cool down. When it did cool down it stayed nice and cool.

Overnight stay no frills

I’m new to renting so it was a bit frustrating for me at first. I finally got it and it was easier than I expected. Communication was good, instructions easy, and just as described. I only needed a place for the night so this was more expensive for me than I planned but it worked out. Now that I know what I’m doing it should be easier to get what I need, closer to where I need it to be, at a reasonable price. Thank you for a lovely home stay away from home.
