The cutest spot

The property location was perfect. Close to shopping and downtown/museum. Exceptionally well decorated with the right amount of space. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Michael is a great host.

Extremely nice!

Our stay went extremely well! The neighborhood is very quiet. The house itself was perfect for me and my fiancé. The sheets on the beds were very comfortable! Definitely would stay here again if I had the chance!

Nice place!

I stayed here on my way traveling from ny to florida. It was just a short distance from I95. I picked this place because it was dog friendly. It was really nice. I’m glad I stayed there

Quite Cozy indeed!

Cute little house to stay at! Very small living space, but the bedrooms are roomy. Perfect for a couple of a small family. The yard is amazing for the fur babies. Quiet neighborhood.

Loved it!

We stayed one night and thought it was a perfect place. We stayed on our way driving from Florida to New Jersey and will definitely stay there Again with our next trip. The backyard is amazing if You have a pup!

Nice house and great communication

House was clean and like Michael said, cozy. Quiet neighborhood, would easily stay there again. Big enough for 3-4 people at the most. Great communication with Michael.

This was perfect for my stay in town, the house is very nice. Updated and decorated to make you feel at home. Michael was very pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend this pet friendly home. The fenced yard is a huge plus !!!

Nice property

This house was clean and well furnished. It had a nice backyard for the dog. It was nice that bowls and a bed was provided for the dog too and treats!! It was quiet and close to some local restaurants and breweries. We used it as an overnight stop for a longer trip. Well appointed small home Will probably stop over here again.

Relaxing

My husband and I used the long weekend for a little getaway. Adorable house with plenty of space. Amenities did not disappoint. The fire pit in the back yard was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. Plenty to explore. Really enjoyed Arnett park and the antique shops. Would definitely visit again.

DO NOT RESERVE THIS PROPERTY

We booked our stay MONTHS in advance. We received all the usual advance notices before our arrival. When we arrived, the property was already occupied. We were stuck without a place to stay on the weekend before Christmas. The owner apologized for ‘VRBO’s error.’

We apologize for the double booking. It was a system error that I unfortunately didn’t catch until the day of. I made sure to fully refund guest. Sometimes there are system issues and we do our best to get past it. The guest did find another place to stay the same day so they were taken care of. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Fayetteville Bliss

KUDOS ! This property was just as described, even better. We would highly recommend staying here -- whether your stay is long or short it is the perfect place to call your home-away-from-home while in Fayetteville, NC. The communications from the host were outstanding, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, the property is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The central location makes it easy to go anywhere you want or need to go in Fayetteville during your stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Fayetteville.

Perfectly Cozy Calvin

This property is a gem and then some!! We booked a weekend at Cozy Calvin to come in and see our son. We were lucky enough to bring our Belgium Shepard so she could visit our son too. Micheal and family have a perfect doggie property: from the doggie bed, bowls, fenced in yard, and treats it made our trip that much easier. Happy Ruby Mae happy family. Communication is spot on with Micheal from the start! All the little things to make the home cozy we very much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet (which is huge after a 10 hour drive) and Cozy Calvin's is clean, safe, and inviting. We will book again-hands down. Thank you Michael & family for an outstanding visit from our hearts. -Genie, Josh, Ruby Mae, & and a handful of thr 82nd Airborne CavScouts that got a home cooked meal.

Great location for driving I 95

We always stop in Fayetteville when driving to and from Upstate NY to Florida, but with my dog, I never seem to sleep the best in hotels when the doors closing make him stir. This location was only 10min from Interstate in a cute cul-de-sac. My dog and son were able to play in the yard and we walked the neighborhood to get a little exercise from driving all day. We found a Domino's to deliver and played uno until bed. The highlight of this VRBO is the beds, pillows and blankets. So comfortable and grateful when host realize if you dont sleep good, it makes a difference, so bravo with that aspect. The house was very clean and had nice touches of oatmeal, breakfast snacks, coffee, dog treats and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great water pressure in shower too. Even though it was a fast overnight trip, 5pm check in and 5:30am check out, it made it easy and more relaxing then a hotel. I'll ensure to rebook on future trips.

Cozy indeed!

We are a family of 5 (plus our dog) traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and need a place to overnight on our way down. We found this little gem and are so glad we did. Small cottage style home, as described, not too far from Route 95, in a quaint neighborhood area, near plenty of shopping/food options. The house is older, but has been refreshed and decorated in a comfy/cozy style. We loved it. It holds the very basic essentials for a quickly stay, but would work for a weekend or longer if needed. The best feature, in our opinion, was the fenced in backyard, which allowed us to let our dog have a good run/play off leash. Beats a hotel any day! Another bonus was the quaint neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking her and in very close proximity to a few playgrounds in the area. House was cool upon arrival and beds were neatly made. We appreciated towels and soap available as well. We would love to stop again next year! Correspondence with owner was quick and friendly. Could not have been easier.
