Unique private access studio with outdoor spa in paradise.

Perched on a hill-top of thirteen wooded acres—dark night skies and amazing hikes/view--22 miles north of San Francisco in the midst of tranquil paradise. A most unique and isolated getaways in the Bay Area, yet WiFi and cell coverage. Scenic, windy and at times bumpy paved one mile drive off of Lucas Valley road. Down 24 steps from unit is a gorgeous hot-tub, outdoor shower, iceboat, seasonal outdoor fire pit may be started by owner. Sauna may be used with reservation and usage fee. Designer furniture, down comforter, beautiful art, high-end linens. A spacious studio, and we can bring in an extra single bed that can be requested.

The space
This is a large studio with work area and great wifi. Private entrance and deck. There’s a microwave, drip coffee, coffee, tea, plates, spoons, etc—mini-frig and utensils; but no kitchen. New Casper memory foam mattress. We provide extra heaters so occupants can control the temp during cold season. Best of the place: star gazing at night from the hot tub which is 24 steps from the unit, or watching hawks circle the grounds at eye level. We are on well water.

Other things to note
Our place is in Marin (Nicasio) and up a beautiful one mile drive through a wooded area. Although we are not far from civilization, it feels very remote and amazingly beautiful. Not that remote, but once you come you may want not to leave...
Some ambient noise is possible from main house.

The room is ideal for two, but for a small charge we can bring in a roll away bed and extra linens for a child, or extra person, or if you need two beds. Please ask and pay ahead of time so our cleaners are aware.

Also, it may be possible to book a two-hour early check-in or check out for $25. If desired, please request and we will ask the cleaner.

We know people come to our place to relax, and we respect this.
