Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.

Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.

This fee will only apply if short-term renters decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.

Each short-term renters will have option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).
