You cannot beat the Lake Pinehurst views and day long singing of the birds from this 2nd floor 2BR/2B condo with spacious living area, two open air porches, fully stocked kitchen, free W/D, smart t.v., and a seasonal community outdoor pool. Both bedrooms, each with two single beds, can be converted to King beds upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked for the culinary minded. Auto drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, hand mixer, tea kettle. Coffee/Tea supplies and general spices/oil/vinegar are provided. Plenty of linens, towels, pool towels, hair dryers and shampoo/rinse/body wash for your stay. Starters of paper towels/toilet paper. Parking is directly in front of the condo, and you can walk to the pool which also has beautiful views at sunset. A 5-minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Resort plus additional shopping/dining/spas are in nearby Southern Pines and Aberdeen. We have locally made chocolates, candles, pottery, wood products, and spectacular local artists' galleries as well as the best historical organizations to take advantage of. So many walking paths, parks, equestrian events and additional activities to enjoy. Farmers' Markets on Wed/Thurs/Sat nearby. A visit to one of the many verandahs at Pinehurst Resort is a must. Grocery and gas within 5 mins. We will try to accommodate any special requests you may have prior to or during your visit. We love Pinehurst and want your Pinehurst experience to be PAR-fect! Whether you are a golfer, equestrian, friend of a local, guest of an event, or just like to visit someplace new, come see the best the Sandhills has to offer! It's a Beautiful Day in Pinehurst!

Excellent location for a golf get away.

Bellisimo! Great 2 bed/2 bath condo on lake

Loved staying at this condo so much. In town for horseshow. Wonderful place to be during our downtime to explore Pinehurst. Host Elaine was fantastic, gracious, and she thought of everything guests might need. Beautiful surroundings and nice pool area. We would definitely rent again.

Great vacation spot

Overall experience was phenomenal. Very friendly and comforting. Was always making sure we had what we needed. Had a pamphlet with a bunch of information of the town to help you choose restaurants. Great location. Pool is very close. Highly recommend this place. Great spot if you love golf. Great view of the lake

Excellent Property, Host & Great Location

I don't know how anyone could ask for a better experience than we had at this property in beautiful Pinehurst. The condo was simply perfect for our stay, Elaine has thought of everything and I mean everything--what a wonderful host who knows everything you need to know & more and communicates instantly for our questions. WE WILL BE BACK, that is for sure!

Wonderful stay at beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We had everything needed in the condo right down to toiletries in the bathroom. The lake view from the deck and windows is amazing. Close to the community pool which also has a lake view. I loved everyday about the neighborhood and the condo. Hope to stay again!

Perfect view at Pinehurst location

We loved our condo with a perfect view at Pinehurst. The weather was awful while we were there so the comfort of the condo was perfect for our stay. It was equipped well with everything we needed for a lot of in house cooking. The pool looked great although we didn’t get to use it. Just a short drive to the resort where we ate and watched the golfers coming in. We will likely be staying here again!

Great Stay for Golf Tournament

We had a great stay with our elementary aged kids in town for a golf tournament! Plenty of living space, great views of the lake, and convenient location. Host could not have been nicer and more helpful. Condo was well stocked with kitchen items, pool towels and games. The pool was a nice way to cool off from the very hot golf rounds each day and despite the entire city full of families there for the tournament it was never over crowded and nice to get away from the big crowds of the resorts in the area.

Golf trip

Condo was very nice with more kitchen accessories than most. We didn't have to purchase the usual toiletries, paper towels, foil, etc. Elaine and Lou were excellent owners. Best communication of any VRBO we have stayed.

Beautiful condo on the lake

Spent thanksgiving holiday with wife and kids at this lakeside condo. The condo was perfect for us. It was very close to the village and tye neighboring golf clubs. Elaine, the host, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The extra “touches” Elaine thought of made it extra special. Thanks again

Great location

I highly recommend this condo. It has beautiful views, comfortable beds, and is very well appointed. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. A couple of snafus were addressed immediately and will be added to the instructions so future guests can avoid them. So read the instructions. They are very helpful. We were lucky to meet both hosts, Elaine and Lou, who are super nice but not intrusive. They helped us get tee times at Pinehurst and they were very helpful with golf recommendations. We even got to play with Lou on #5 and it was a blast! Beautiful area, lots of great courses, and wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, relaxing location

We had a wonderful weekend stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hosts went over and beyond to help me surprise my husband for his 50th birthday. Condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials making it feel like home. Location was convenient to Rockingham Dragway and we can’t wait to return for another visit.

Fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous stay in Elaine’s condo in Pinehurst! The unit is fully furnished with literally everything needed for a comfortable stay-extra towels and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, and an attention to detail including activity books, pool toys, and welcome treats. The unit is on a lake with a beautiful serene view. The pool is a short walk from the unit, and the Pinehurst golf courses are a short 5-10 minutes drive away. Parking is ample and convenient right outside. The unit is on the second level requiring a short flight of stairs. Overall an excellent stay, we will definitely come again if given the opportunity!
