House is equipped with a large game room, outdoor sand lot, patios, a rooftop deck and more! Attached and detached garages. Local access to a boat marina and ramp. Over 4,000 sq ft of living area not including the 3,000 sq ft enclosed pool room & hot tub. Beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops. Bring your whole family and friends with 6 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms!

Perfect family getaway!

Our family has been going to Bethany Beach for the last 5 years, but this year was one of the most special years because of this house! It is the perfect house for families especially with young children. We swam in the pool for 4 days straight, enjoyed the game room, played on the playground and really enjoyed the walking path right in the backyard, Chad was a great host and communicated with us quickly whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend this for a family getaway!

Great place for large family gatherings

Amazing beautiful home to celebrate the 88th birthday for the patriarch of our family. Fantastic family reunion for ages 88-3 years old . 26 people in all and all had a bed. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Amazing indoor pool, playground for kids. Walking trails. Chad, the owner, easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

60th Birthday Party

The 60th birthday party was a great success. The hot water heater(s) went out and didn't have any hot water, but the Owner had a service person on site within 30 minutes of me notifying him. The service company installed a new system and had a hot shower that evening. Owner even said we could stay an extra night at the house to compensate our troubles. Owner had great communications during our visit. Location of the property was great. Pool and spa was wonderful! At my age the smart tv's were difficult...until my daughter showed up at the birthday party, lol. Enjoyed the amenities.
