Guest have access to the entire property except the garage which is locked off for storage at this time

Please be mindful of the bedding situation, we can sleep 12 in 6 Queen beds and offer 3 inflatable luxury mattresses with bedding for additional sleeping arrangements

*The pool gets cleaned every Thursday. We are happy to arrange a cleaning on the day of your arrival for an additional cost of $50 upon request with a two-day business notice.
Please note there is a City Ordinance of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Please make sure you respect this ordinance in this quiet neighborhood. A minute noise device is located in the central living area to monitor the noise level. Please note that this does not record any sounds and simply helps us ensure we are maintaining a respectful noise level for our surrounding neighbors
