Guest will have access to the entire home and will be using a key less smart lock to enter the home. There is one locked closet that we use for housekeeping. The extra-large driveway can accommodate 14+ car parking or even RV parking.

No Pets Allowed. Garage is locked off for storage, Sprinklers turn on automatically at night/morning based on city permitted days. Lawn maintenance crew will come out to cut the grass every two weeks or as needed.
