This new construction Modern Farmhouse Style home

The house has has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, plus a loft and will sleep 12 people in beds. The main level of the home feature a huge open concept kitchen to living room that flows south onto a large covered porch overlooking the 9th fairway of The Orchards golf course. The main floor also has the primary bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths. At the top of the stairs you will find a inviting loft area for movies and reading. The “Garage” is a recreation room with ping pong and foosball tables, and a glass garage door for plenty of light. Outdoors you will find a cover porch with a dining table for 6, Adirondack chairs and a sofa. In the backyard enjoy a fire pit with 8 chairs (bring you own wood). The home is 1 minute walk to The Orchards Clubhouse with 18 holes, locker rooms, full bar, lounge, a deck for lunch or a Friday night fish fry! The home is less than a 2 mile walk or bike ride into Egg Harbor with shopping, restaurants, breweries, the public beach and marina with boat launch.

Birthday Trip

We booked this house for my wife’s birthday for us and our friends. We absolutely loved the house and property. There was a lot of space to separate but also a lot of different areas to hang out as a group. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard, the garage set up with games, and the openness of the space. The location is great as it is pretty much centrally located to all of door county. We will book this house again the next time we stay in door county

Incredible place with so much space!!

With a group of 12, we had plenty of space to lounge around, eat together, do a yoga class (in the heated garage) and enjoyed the bonfire. The house is beautifully designed and the finishes were quality. I loved that they had nice glasses and quality plates. I didn't know the garage was heated. That was a great surprise and added an extra space for us to hang out. The sofas in living room were really comfy. The heating worked really well and house felt clean upon arrival. I would suggest bringing extra blankets. The bedding was very light weight. For some reason the beds were not fully made upon our arrival. Housekeeping kept top sheets off and off to the side. My friends found a few hairs on their pillows, but you could tell the place was clean so we just picked them off. We were able to check in a bit early and were really grateful for that. They do not provide trash bags so we had to get some. And no soap or shampoo provided either. Highly recommend this rental for a big group because of the space and comfort. It was very quiet and the view from the living room is really beautiful. Thank you!

Fall Family Get Away

This is an annual get away with the immediate family. The house accommodated 6 adults and 4 kids (3 to 8yrs old). The house was the perfect size for everyone comfortably. The weather was quite cold to the recreation room in the garage with Ping Pong, and Foos-Ball was a life saver!!

Girl's Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Door County for our Girl's Weekend! Perfect location that was a short distance from many boutiques and restaurants. The house had more than enough space for our large group. We highly recommend this property!

Golf House

This property was perfect for our needs, as our family gathered from various states to attend the funeral of our dear Aunt, who had been a local of Door County for almost 20 years. The home was very comfortable. The game room in the garage kept the kids occupied and the large sitting area was great for everyone to catch up. The only thing was that the street itself was not marked, so that may want to be included in the directions until a street sign is put up, as this is new construction.

This is the perfect place for an extended family! Lots of space to spread out, a great kitchen to cook in, and excellent sleeping accomodations for everyone. The location is perfect!

Loved Our Modern Farmhouse Stay

We throughly enjoyed our experience at the house. The layout and space was perfect for our group of 7. We would highly recommend to other's to book this home. A few small things that we recommend are: sharp knives in the kitchen, along with more than one kitchen towel. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi did not work most of the time we were there...☹️ Loved the Foosball and ping-pong in the garage! FYI, the property is not walking distance into Egg Harbor.

Annual Door County girls shopping

Place was great, very clean!! Plenty of room for everyone! The only downfall was that the lawn was not mowed. We did go into town and got wood for a fire. The weeds were pretty tall around the fire pit so had to walk through these to go to the patio.

Beautiful home

This home is very new with clean, modern finishes and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group of 12. The main level is a little tight when gathering for dinner but the outdoor patio was great overflow space. Also had a lot of fun playing ping pong in the garage/game area. If you’re not a golfer beware the golf course is very strict, other than that we were very pleased with our stay!
