This brand new luxury home in Starkville's recently developed Portico neighborhood is the perfect place to stay for game weekends, graduation, business travel, summer camps, visiting your student at Mississippi State and more! Located 2 miles from campus and downtown, this professionally decorated, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a spacious floorpan with ample natural lighting throughout! The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining, and the adjacent living area features plush furniture and large flat-screen TV. Double doors from the kitchen/dining area open out onto the large front porch which offers added entertaining space. The first floor master suite has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and large double walk in shower. The second floor has two more bedrooms which each offer a queen bed, full bath, large closet and flat-screen TV. Washer/dryer is located in upstairs landing area. Covered back porch with comfortable outdoor furniture. The home is equipped with Wifi and streaming capabilities for all TVs.

We were very pleased with this home! It was clean and comfortable and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the lovely front porch and the close proximity to Mississippi State. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for our stay and had plenty of room for our group of 6. Cute neighborhood that is close to the highway to leave Starkville but is also only a few minutes from everything! The beds were comfortable and the main bathroom is gorgeous. A few drawbacks that we noticed - porches were dusty and dirty. The outside furniture had stuff all over it, and the porches had cobwebs. The kitchen was beautiful, but we noticed there were some small black bugs on the kitchen counter. Other than these few things, we loved our stay and had a great time. We would rent again!

We were in town for our son’s wedding, and really enjoyed our stay at this house! This house is in a great location! It is very close to campus and the Walmart market, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house was so clean and the perfect size for the five of us! It has two nice outdoor areas where you can sit and enjoy the great fall weather. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

This was our second stay at this property and we will be coming back for a third. Meticulously clean and maintained new construction in an adorable small subdivision within minutes to everything near MSU. Beautifully furnished with great amenities. Very friendly owners with great communication. Highly recommend.
