Perfect family vacation home! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Kids can bring their bikes, swim at the pool, play at the park and watch the ducks- or simply rest. It's close to everything yet private enough to enjoy a walk or ride in the neighborhood.

Quiet, convenient and comfortable location to visit family nearby

The house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood, despite being near a very busy, fast-growing area (Bentonville- Rogers) with lots of traffic. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood has a nice walking trail around a lake. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for families with little kids

This was the perfect spot, just outside of Bentonville for a couple families and lots of kiddos. Plenty of rooms and had two upstairs rooms to separate adults from kids for the evening and throughout the day. Nice fenced in backyard and plenty of space for everybody.
