Perfect rental for a traveling healthcare provider. Dedicated parking and bike rack on property. Less than 1 mile from the beach. Perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Traverse City has to offer: Wine tours, distilleries, festivals, beaches, shopping, local restaurants, biking, hiking, and boating. Less than thirty-minute drive to lovely towns in Leelanau County.

Excellent stay, extremely comfortable and quiet. We chose this condo based on reviews and it did not disappoint I would say the cleanest rental at which we have ever stayed. Location was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

Probably one of if not the best rental we have stayed in. The condo is as describded "pristine". The condo as everything you need and more. Traverse city is a great town and we loved our stay. I highly recommend staying at the beautiful condo.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and it’s honestly the best place! So clean and is fully stocked with everything you need. Close to down town so we were able to walk everywhere with east!

Great condo…clean, comfortable for the 2 of us…had everything we needed and a few extras (snacks, coffee, sample toiletries). Excellent location…quiet neighborhood and walkable to excellent restaurants (Loco Boys, Firefly), shops on front street, and clinch park. Would highly recommend for a couple exploring Traverse City!

We had the absolute best stay at this property. The pictures online were exactly how it was in person. It was clean, new and organized. Location/cleanlines

We were able to walk to front street for shopping and restaurants. Very nice area even with the hospital close by there were very few ambulances. The condo was very clean and had all the supplies for cooking simple meals. Overall a nice stay! Parking is tight but it worked!

Tastefully decorated and very clean. All the extra items in bathroom and kitchen appreciated. Parking is a game of checkers. Other than that, very happy to stay once again. Great location to Commons and downtown. Great experience. Vince and Noreen, Aug. 2025.

Excellent option in Traverse City

We were so pleased with this property....great location for us (lots of places to walk to), quiet, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Convenient parking spot was another plus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful condo just as pictured and exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed in a great location. Appreciated the cable TV and well stocked kitchen. Very quiet despite location near hospital.

Lovely place to stay

Easy to find, near downtown, easy access to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The condo is clean and comfy. The owners have thought of all your needs. Would love to stay here next time we're in the Traverse City area.

The condo was super clean and very much centrally located to everything that we wanted to do in the area. It was also extremely well-appointed, with water and coffee and good quality pots and pans and a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!
