Perfect spot! Close to downtown, close to 31 or Division St, close to the hospital. There a great outdoors area, sm table and 2 chairs. Lovely place to stay.

Nice, clean condo in a great location. It was within walking distance to downtown and the State Hospital area and their great restaurants and shops. Full kitchen had everything that I needed.

Great, clean condo very centrally located. We stayed several nights and the bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. The host provided a nice list of places to eat, shop and have fun which was greatly appreciated. Check in and out were easy. We definitely recommend.

Nice condo stocked well, very clean, organized and nicely decorated! Good location…close to beaches, parks, restaurants, Traverse Commons & shopping. Short drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Also close to Sleeping Bear Dunes. National Shoreline…about 28 miles. Host was quick with response.

Easy walk to everything Cherry Fest had to offer! Super clean and had everything we could need - including coffee, tea, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and body wash. It was perfect and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment. Ground floor, well kept, everything worked, very comfortable. Well supplied with sundries. No noise from adjacent units, no traffic noise, close (5 to 10 minute drive) to downtown Traverse City (Front street) and beaches. Very responsive host. Across the street from a Hospital, but no siren noise or excess traffic.Definitely would stay here again on any future trip to the Traverse City area.

This condo was spotless, had everything one could need, excellent communication, we were able to walk or bike everywhere we needed to go...the parking spot was tight for a bigger vehicle, but there's an extra spot to park if available...

Stephanie is the perfect host for this lovely condo. The property is in a great, walkable location. The interior is well thought out, pristine clean indeed and well stocked with all of the basics and more. This is our second time staying and it’s top of the list for our next TC visit. Excellent stay, extremely comfortable and quiet. We chose this condo based on reviews and it did not disappoint I would say the cleanest rental at which we have ever stayed. Location was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.
