Close to downtown and the heart of the action of the city. Close to highway, get out and explore the city. There is also a neighborhood park across the street, great for picnics. Children can run around play.
Owner is rehabbing the house inside, so only one room is available at this time. The whole house will be available at a later date. PLEASE NOTE... There is a host inside the house at this time as well helping to supervise the rehab of the property.
