Visiting our son who is stationed at near by Camp Lejuene.

This VRBO is a wonderful place to stay in the Jacksonville area. The owners do a fantastic job with communication and accommodations. It’s wonderful to know we have a nice, clean place to stay when we come back to visit our son again.

Family/Marine Wedding

Pleasant property

This was such a nice place to stay. Very clean and so close to everything. Granted we weren’t there very much, but if we were, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Nice getaway

Home Away From Home

Excellent property. Close to Camp Lejeune. Went down to hang out with our two Marine sons for a long weekend. Everything was perfect!! Great place to stay.

Fantastic booking

The place was amazing. It was exceptionally clean, modern, and accommodating. Everything we could need (coffee maker, air fryer, etc.) was available and the hosts were available if we needed anything. The neighborhood was very quiet but close enough to all the locations we needed to be.

We truly enjoyed the home it was well equipped and the pride of the hosts was easy to see. Kitchen and baths stocked and guest welcome basket and welcome card and decorations made us feel right at home it was a great stay and will use it again in the future

Visit with our son.

This was our second time staying here while visiting our son. My husband, son's girlfriend and myself enjoyed our stay. It is clean comfortable, and close to Camp Lejuene as well as many stores and resteraunts. The hosts always check in with you to make sure you arrived safely and things are going well. After arriving we discovered our son had a day off and they allowed us to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We are both retired Marines who decided to make Eastern North Carolina our home. We have lived here for over 14 years. We are avid traveler's; therefore, we know the importance of having a clean comfortable space to stay when you're away from home. Ramon is our youngest daughter's sport taxi driver. While I have taken on another career as a Government Contractor. We are both easily accessible to answer any questions or take care of any issues that may occur. In our spare time, we enjoy watching our daughter play club volleyball (watching college volleyball), watching football (Dallas Cowboys & Carolina Panthers) basketball (Los Angeles Lakers), hanging with family and friends, eating seafood & barbeque. It is our hope that we create a memorable experience for you and your family that will keep you coming back!!

We feel this is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. The Get Away Spot is located in a prime location that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The mall is less than a mile away with an AMC theatre located directly behind the mall. Starbucks is located directly in front of the mall as well if you need your special pick me up latte.
