License # 3031 Free standing cabin in a quiet area, has a large deck with wonderful views and a HOT TUB to enjoy the views, gas BBQ grill, Full kitchen, internet with Wi-Fi, large smart TV in living room and smart tv's in the two bedrooms with new queen beds, cabin is for four people, a pack and play is available upon request (infants are not counted as part of the 4 people limit), combo washer/dryer, in town location close to everything. Everything is new on the inside, from the kitchen items to furniture and mattresses.

This place was great! It was peaceful and quiet. It was far enough away from town that it didn’t feel crowded but close enough, everything was easily accessible. The hosts were very communicative and just a text away if we needed anything. A perfect place to breathe in and out after the loss of my 21 yo daughter.

We've stayed at The Cabin on the Rocks about 8 or 9 times now. And every stay is absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved staying at this cabin! Spotlessly clean with everything you could ever need, wonderful hosts, comfy beds, amazing scenery, and the hot tub was the perfect way to start and end our days in Estes Park. While sitting on the deck we were fortunate enough to see a herd of elk pass through. Thank you Dave and Diane for sharing your very special cabin with us. One of the best VRBO experiences we've had. We have been married over 43 years. We have 2 adult children, a wonderful son-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. We have 2 fur babies, an Akita and a yorkie. The yorkie of course rules the house. We moved to Estes Park in 1998. Dave's family was the original owners of Peaceful Valley. The chapel on the side of the Mountain was a memorial for his grandfather, Paul Boehm. Dave and I were married in that chapel.
We enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, family time and of course Bronco Football.

Our "little" cabin on the Rocks, is a free standing home and offers beautiful views, a quiet area, large deck with a Hot tub, gas BBQ grill, Outdoor eating area and separate gathering area. Cabin has a gas wood stove in the living area. Driveway for private parking.
Bring the outdoors in with the large glass doors that look onto the deck and the views.
EVERYTHING in the cabin from small appliances, kitchen items, to furnishings including mattresses, are new as of 7/1/2022. We are local owners and clean and manage this cabin by ourselves. NO management or cleaning companies.
