This carefully decorated apartment provides comfortable accommodation in two bedrooms and a nice attic. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. The living room with its high ceilings and a modern fireplace provides a special atmosphere and a vibrant view over the sailing boats in the city marina of Zadar. The location is perfect for sight seeing as it is only 5 minutes walking distance to the bridge and old town of Zadar, but also close to the beach "Jadran" and next to the park "Vruljica" with playgrounds for kids and its creek. A restaurant is available just on the ground floor of the building.

Superb place to stay!

This is an absolutely wonderful property. It's very comfortable, in a good location, everything is high-end top quality. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the best places we have stayed. Sorry to leave and would certainly return again!

Fabulous apartment in Zadar close to the old town, what an apartment

An absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a break in Zadar. My friends & I had a fantastic short stay (4days) in Andrea’s apartment, which is perfectly located a short walk from the bridge to the old town. Comfortable beds. Loved the little touches of fresh fruit, water & homemade liquor. Delish. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back & highly recommend this fab apartment.
