The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The condo is located on Negril’s stunning Seven Mile Beach. Just 50 meters from the beach, this beautifully renovated unit features two full beds, a modern full kitchen with dining counter, full bath with walk-in shower and a private balcony. The unit has views of the garden with the ocean beyond.

This privately owned condo is located on the Negril Beach Club property. Negril Beach Club is a collection of individually owned apartments with wonderfully maintained grounds .

Guests are provided with an extensive array of amenities to make your stay and experience feel like home away from home.

Guests have exclusive access to the condo.

The property has a variety of features to make your stay enjoyable. You will have free access to public Wi-Fi, lobby, beach, beach chairs, swimming pool, hot tub, garden and parking.

Conveniently located on the beach is a restaurant, bar, spa, scuba service, and art/craft shop. A gift shop and mini-mart is also located on the community grounds. There is a laundromat where you can make arrangements for services at a cost.

The unit is located within a gated property with 24/7 security personnel. There are security cameras throughout property.

Perfect for our 5th visit to Negril

Love Negril 7 mile beach every time. Stayed 7 days . Have tried a few all inclusives, Azul Beach (Karisma Resort) + cheapest terrible places (Fun Holiday). This group of condos +location is perfect for us. Nice and quiet place. I dont mind cooking on vacation. Only1kl walk along the beach to town "round about" and shopping /pharmacy /bakery /supplies, and the vendors market( be respectful vendors can be agressive here). Taxi now $10 US one way now but you can haggle price before getting in. Ashley is a good host, was fast to reply/ resolve any thing. Condo # 335 is 3rd floor middle.(No elevator)+ Is as shown on picks. Staff clean every 3rd day. Did a good job.Had all we needed. Brought dry goods/snacks from home + ate breakfasts/some lunches there. A/C good as Oct is very humid. Nice garden view, and water through the trees. The only thing wrong was the beds are VERY hard. Staff are only available 9am to 6pm in lobby office. There is a well stocked shop; guard; restaurant and bar (VERY slow service);Water sports ;daily life guard; some older style lounger chairs; corden off swim area (due to boat traffic). A nice pool and wirlpool. The 2 local cats are freindly. We ate some lunches at different places along beach, (good pizza across rd at Lobster House).Dinners mostly next door at Ocean Breezes (Hi Ms Georgia). Ask there for Captain Raymond (best guide/ glass bottom boat/snorkeling/ island dinner/transportation/ information etc). Say hi from Daphne or Pam. We will be back.

Just perfect

We were very happy with our rental. We could see the ocean from our deck. We always had prompt service if we needed it and housekeeping was there every 3rd day, which was fine with us. This Condo building is on the quiet end of the 7 mile beach, so very relaxing. The beds are a little stiff but manageable. The kitchen had everything we would need to cook a breakfast, make a sandwich or even cook meals. We would recommend renting this place from Ashley.
