This new build tiny house is prefect for the traveler looking for big adventure with a small price tag. It is beautifully decorated and surrounded by nature. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping, in this quiet serene neighborhood. Guest with no reviews will be required to make a $50 security deposit. It will be requested and returned through vrbo once the property is left in good condition. Please note a rental car is needed to get around Nassau, if you need help securing a rental car please let us know in advance

Quiet and cozy

Perfect little spot for 1 or 2 people. It has a very soft bed a convenient portable cook top. Only about 11 minutes from the airport. There's even a little shopping plaza right down the road that has groceries and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond and was very informative.

Amazing option if you want to stay in a quiet area away from noise. Tiny house is of course tiny, but just what we needed to rest after a long day out exploring the island. Super clean, and Nice. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. Really close to one of the most secluded beach and to the Diving Center. Excellent Value

It was perfect for what I needed as a solo traveler on my first visit. The personal touches made it very welcoming. The host Charlene was very kind and helpful with my questions and inquiries. I was truly appreciative of the space she provided and the care she puts into making it cozy. Parking access at the property was easy.

Nice clean tiny home

Very clean. Charlene was easy to contact. You will need a car but, that's quite clear in the listing. Loved my stay here. Lou is a very nice dog, by the way. If you can drive, this is an excellent place to set yourself up for a wonderful vacation. Had a great time!

Unsatisfactory in multiple ways

Not providing the address of the property is a substantial inconvenience for the guest. Makes it very hard to plan a day. Address was also not provided at 4 pm (check in time) as promised. Neighborhood is in a bad location with few stores or restaurants nearby. Not as clean as it could have been. No mirror over the bathroom sink. No hot water. Whole place was ‘threadbare’.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt. In dem kleinen Häuschen war alles sauber. Handtücher waren genug vorhanden. Charlene bot sogar an diese auszutauschen. Auch frische Bettwäsche hätte ich austauschen lassen können. Die Kommunikation war vor, während und nach der Reise hervorragend. Charlene hat immer schnell geantwortet. Charlene fragte auch nach ob alles okay sei und bot ihre Hilfe an. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde wiederkommen. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is about 10 minutes by car from the airport. A small supermarket is 3 minutes away. Everything was clean in the small cottage. There were enough towels. Charlene even offered to change them. I could have also had fresh bed linen exchanged. Communication was excellent before, during and after the trip. Charlene was always quick to respond. Charlene also asked if everything was okay and offered her help. I was very satisfied and would come back again.
