Swimming pool, Bring the whole family up to 8 guests, to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
5 bedroom 3 bath very spacious with a huge back yard. There is a kiddie pool and also an inground pool 3-6 feet deep. 4 TVs (2 ate 70 inch)

The backyard has a 1/2 court basketball court and monkey bars. A large patio is also available for family fun in the shade.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible except for the garage and the storage room and music studio in the backyard which is used by my daughters 3x a week for about an hr.

Other things to note

There is only 1 cameras on property in entrance to the house ring door bell that works. The other cameras are just for show and do not work to deter unwelcome guests.

The balcony is not available to use. It is actually not a balcony at all. It is a roof. Please do not allow people up the stairs in the roof.

Great for family reunion

This is a spacious place, everyone can have their down time but has great common areas to gather. The pool looked great but too cold to enjoy on our stay. Owner was very responsive and any issue easily resolved. The neighborhood was good and close to all things.

nice home for family gathering

Raquel’s home was perfect for a family gathering in honor of our mother’s funeral. It is spacious and the master on the first floor is very nice. It was nice to have two tables, one for puzzles and games and the other for dining. Pool area was nice with plenty of outdoor seating. Basketball court was fun even for a bunch of senior citizens. Raquel was quick to respond to my questions and a great host.

My name is Raquel. I have been in the rental business for 30 years. I recently starting hosting and I have found it very enjoyable providing a great place for my guests to relax and have a comfortable place to be.
