The maximum fee for the card is $300 per week or $50 per day; fees are lower during the off-season (November through February). This fee is for everyone in the party, not per individual. Rental guests need an amenity card in order to access club facilities.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
