Escape to a hidden gem nestled within the serene Seabrook Island, where tranquility meets luxury in this splendid marsh front condo. Perched on the third floor and boasting convenient elevator access, this renovated end unit is a quiet, family-friendly villa minutes away from stunning private beaches.
This villa is close to the front entrance of Seabrook making it easy to get to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina with stunning views of the sunset and delicious arrays of restaurants.
This condo includes full access to the marsh walk Community Pool , and is a short walking distance from the condo. The Lake house outdoor pool is also included, but you would need to stop by the amenity office to get the QR code.
Note: The Lake house also includes an Indoor pool/Gym , and is available at ( $15 per person/day ). This rental does not include access to the Seabrook Island Club/Golf Courses, and tennis courts . Business License # BL25-000194.
All Seabrook Island private beaches are within a 10 minuet slow island 25 MPH drive. Parking is free, and every beach access has it's own parking.
