Condo with Boat Dock, 1.5 miles to beach, and 2 blocks to 5th Avenue!
Our condo is a nicely renovated 3 bedroom unit with two full bathrooms, a roomy lanai overlooking pool and bay, and covered parking. It also comes with a boat dock at no extra charge. Bring your boat or rent one. Cruise from Oyster Bay out to the Gulf, Keewaydin Island or Marco Island without having to go under a low bridge! Quick drive to the Everglades for natural beauty and a very quick drive to 5th Avenue for dining and socializing. The beach is only 1.5 miles from condo -- so you also can drive or walk there at your leisure. There also are two covered reserved parking spaces — so your vehicles never have to sit in the sun. Enjoy all S. Florida has to offer!

Close to all in Naples
Great location, only a short walk to Tin City, 5th Avenue and the beaches. Karl (owner) was responsive to any issues that might have risen, and likewise had plenty of 'tips' about navigating in and around the general Naples area. His condo was clean and presentable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property has one of the best locations in Naples. It is a short walk to both your boat and fine dining on 5th Avenue and on the Gordon River waterfront. You also have the option of walking, riding a bicycle, or driving to the beech. There is so much to do and see in Southern Florida! And it is one of the few spots in the USA where you can get warm comfortable weather in January and February.

Before completion of the deal, renters will need to execute a lease agreement with the owner per the rates listed on VRBO and also complete a renter's application with the condominium property association. Any fees charged by VRBO and by the condominium association will not likely be refunded by either of those entities should the association deny the rental or should the parties not come to final terms. Owner will not be responsible or liable for the fees charged by those third parties. Owner will refund paid rent to the prospective renter minus the fee(s) deducted by VRBO, provided the prospective renter submits the completed renter's application within ten days from completing the VRBO booking. The lease will require a customary 5-day security deposit and the renter's obligation to leave the property in the same or better condition than found upon entering the unit, with the exception of linens and towels and normal tidying by the cleaning person(s) hired by owner. VRBO collects and pays the taxes on the rental.
