Newly updated 2br 1ba condo walking distance to beach, shopping, and local bars and restaurants. Come visit the beautiful Marco Island in your own beach bungalow at the well-kept Southwind community.

Start your vacation off by walking around the beautiful Southwind's grounds or stop by the outdoor heated pool (up to 8ft deep!) and grill and lounge for the day, with two gas grills and a plethora of pool side furniture.

Enjoy Marco's world-renowned beaches from sunup till sundown with public beach access only .7 miles (15 minute walk) from the property! Use the provided cooler, beach cart and umbrella to take everything you need to enjoy a long, sunshine filled day, at the beach. Prior to partaking in a delicious meal, make sure to catch the sunset from the beach, a must-do while on the island.

After savoring the sunset, clean up and take a short walk (minutes) to some of Marco's most popular restaurants; experience anything from pizza to seafood to dessert from one of the many local ice cream shops.

A visit to Marco Island is a must-do that will have you coming back year after year.

Marco Madness

Taylor’s unit was very nice with excellent accessories. The only thing we’d have liked was a second bathroom for our family guests. Nice amenities including the pool, laundry facilities and outdoor grills. Better for two people rather than four.

Getaway

This 2 bedroom condo met all our needs. King bed comfortable. Second bedroom allowed for working at a desk when necessary. Well equipped with linens, and room darkening shades. Plenty of room in tv area. Internet always worked. Condo was within walking to beach and many restaurants. Pool and common areas very clean and other people at condo were friendly and outgoing.

Great location and amenities on Marco Island

We stayed with Taylor for the months of December and January. From our first contact with him, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we had any questions during our stay, he was always quick to respond. When we arrived, we were impressed at the cleanliness of the condo. It had a great beach vibe and was nicely decorated. The layout of the condo made great use of the space. It has nice amenities, like a large screen Smart TV with every streaming app possible (great for a sports game, movie night, or even the nightly news). It also had high quality linens and new, comfortable furnishings. The two bedrooms were perfect for what we needed, and the closet space was accommodated our many belongings. This place has everything needed for a great beach vacation: chairs, cart, cooler, and beach towels! The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants & bars. We also enjoyed biking around the island to get where we needed to go. You can drive anywhere on the island within 15 minutes! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable stay on beautiful Marco Island!
