The residence includes a spacious 1100 SqFt interior that includes a large living & dining room, a full Kitchen, and 2-large bedrooms. Additionally, the interior features an interior laundry room.

Situated in the coveted Maple-Ash Historic neighborhood, this newly remodeled bungalow has an unbeatable location literally steps to ASU's main campus (2-min walk), ASU Gammage (1 to 2-min walk), Mill Avenue (1/2 block), and Tempe Beach Park.

Home away from home

Great host response time and communication throughout our stay. Location was great from our Venue and walking distance to nearby coffee spots, market and restaurants. House was cozy, very clean and supplied with all the convenient items needed to make our stay comfortable.

We were there to visit our son at ASU. The place was great. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet. And we really appreciated the location. We walking to breakfast every morning to several different restaurants. We will stay there again.

Perfect property

My friend and I loved everything about this property. The location was excellent. The property was beautifully updated and decorated. It was spacious and even had a washer and dryer. The walled in backyard was a fabulous place to relax with a glass of wine and a book. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

A wonderful & cozy home away from home!

I stayed at this property for 10 weeks, as I had business in Arizona. Throughout our stay, Jason was very communicative, accommodating, and friendly! They put a lot of love into the property, and it feels very serene. The backyard is lovely, the rooms are spacious and have lots of light. Beautiful, Peaceful, Convenient

The house is even more beautiful in person than it is in the photos. It’s centrally located, especially if you need to be near ASU, and there’s coffee, shopping, and fun within walking distance! The neighborhood is quiet and the nightlife is maybe a 10 minute walk away. Jason was helpful and accommodating in the booking process and checked in throughout our stay as well. We couldn’t ask for a better host or a better place to stay. We chose a long term stay for the Summer and I already don’t want to leave!

Fantastic Stay

This property is perfect for visiting ASU, Tempe and the surrounding areas. We walked or road bikes everywhere! The condo is in a quaint neighborhood next to ASU and Mill/University. It's a peaceful spot for being so close to all of the action. We walked to Hayden Mountain for awesome views, Whole Foods for groceries, Mill Ave for drinks and food, and ASU's Gammage Hall for a show and Art Museum. The condo was clean, adorable, and super cozy. I can't wait to come back! Thanks, Jason, for a great stay!

Excellence defined !

First time in Tempe and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. Our stay at this property was extremely easy, very comfortable and the communication with Jason was beyond reproach. The house met our needs perfectly...size, comfort, cleanliness, location, and peace and quiet...even though we were only a couple blocks from the ASU campus. Life circumstances will bring us to Tempe more in the coming future and we will without a doubt opt for this property and/or other properties owned by this owner.

ASU/Mill Ave PERFECTION

Perfect for us. The close proximity to Mill Ave bars and restaurants was awesome. The place is extremely clean and the interior decor is wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom and shower was fine. The bed might have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Having tv that doesn't require you to have a streaming service at a VRBO is a huge plus. Thanks. Overall, I totally recommend this place. If we are back in the area, we will try to stay in the exact same VRBO.

We recently stayed at Jason and Krista’s Tempe home for 5 days as we moved our daughter into her dorm at ASU from out of state. This home completely exceeded all of our expectations! Jason was beyond helpful, with wonderful communication, and extremely hospitable. He even moved a mini fridge into the house for us when it unexpectedly arrived a day early before our scheduled check in! I was so thankful for his help! The home was so well stocked, plenty of coffee pods, laundry detergent, towels, and anything and everything we could possibly need! Jason continuously checked in on us regarding our stay to ensure we were comfortable and to ask if we needed anything. Jason is by far the most gracious and considerate host I have ever encountered! We will one hundred percent be booking from him again every time we come to visit our daughter. I also would like to mention how comfortable the beds were, and I also enjoyed the private patio in the mornings as I sipped my coffee! Also, another perk was the amazing location. We were able to walk everywhere, Whole Foods was a few blocks away, as well as dozens of fun, local restaurants, chick fil a, CVS, and we even enjoyed a movie at the AMC, no need for a car-we walked everywhere! Ironman Transition

My wife and I plus daughter/fiancee came from afar to support our son/brother for Ironman Arizona. This house-and Jason, the owner, could not have been better. Jason was SO responsive to every request prior to our arrival. Once there, no issues. The house is clean and as represented. It is perfectly situated in Tempe, 2 short blocks to a GREAT coffee shop and 3 short blocks to Whole Foods. Less than one mile to Mill Ave and the ASU campus and all that is offered there. The BRs are roomy enough and the beds very comfortable. The sitting area sofa and chair allow for both comfort and conversation. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and even some cooking basics-spices, sugar, oil. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker with gold filter for coffee lovers. In unit laundry means you can pack light. In the bathroom, there is both a hair dryer and a lighted makeup mirror. A small covered side patio with furniture and bistro lights allow for outside reading or a pleasant evening cocktail. This Maple-Ash house offers all you could want for your stay. There is covered parking. The neighborhood is quiet with a minimum of traffic. Only 10 minutes to Sky Harbor airport. Let Jason and Krista be your hosts in Tempe. You will be glad you did.

My wife and I fell in love with Tempe when visiting our Sun Devil who is studying business at ASU. I am scientist and my wife is a high English teacher. Together, we wanted to create a space that was comfortable for people visiting Tempe too.

This property is close to the most exciting parts of Tempe. It is steps away from Whole Foods grocery store, Cartel coffee shop, Casey Moore’s Oyster House (sports bar and entertainment), many restaurants other restaurants, bars, and entertainment, ASU’s main campus (2 minute walk), Mill Ave (1/2 block) and Tempe Beach Park.

The trees of Historic Maple-Ash District are home to the most beautiful birds. As you walk to get coffee in the morning, you will hear the birds chirping in the trees that shade your walk. When you walk at night, you will see those same trees lit by the many string lights that light up the neighborhood. While being nestled in the peace of Maple-Ash, you are so close to the nightlife of Mill Ave. ASU is only a few blocks from this property which makes it easy for any professional to walk to work.
