Great location in the heart of Wilton Manors. Walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shops 10 min drive to the beach. 20 min from ftl air port
Beautiful studio bedroom with his own entrance include TV a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee Maker With a private Bathroom Beautiful Share back yard to relax with a nice chill Gazebo, BBQ and amazing fire pit.
24 hours recording surveillance camera for safety . Covering the drive way and covering the backyard.
The property has a Car parking spaces. WiFi and great environment

I’m the owner and I live in the main house. It’s a separate structure from the Cozy House that I rent.
No more than 2 guest are allowed.
No parties of events are allowed inside and/or outside of the property.

AC kept us very cool. Room is small but perfect for an affordable overnight stay. Host was very nice and helpful.

Great location and host

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, wonderful back yard, and easy walk to all the fun on Wilton Drive. Would definitely stay again.

The room is small but it's very functional. It had everything we needed. The outdoor space is lovely. It was very nice to eat outside and enjoy the night. The host is super nice and helpful.

Wonderfully situated, 7-8min walk to everything you need on Wilton Drive: restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and coffee. Host was incredibly accommodating and available as needed. Easy check-in/check out process. On a quiet street. Perfectly cozy and a great place to rest. Highly recommend.

The air conditioning was effective and helped to drown out the noise of a neighbor’s party. We were only looking for a place to sleep for the night while in town visiting and this was just what we needed. We were not able to park in the driveway, but were able to park on the street. The place was clean and well kept.

The cozy house was as advertised. The outdoor space is wonderful, the house itself is a converted garden shed, it is very very small but included everything we needed. The shower was great, the bed was comfy and the refrigerator worked well. The ac unit was a bit loud but worked well. Not luxurious but functional

We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and excellent communication. The backyard is adorable and the bed was comfortable. It’s within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit in Wilton Manors. Thanks!

Very comfortable.

Didn't expect the hot tub since it was not listed in the amenities, but it was very nice ... and clothing optional!!! Host was very accommodating too!

The area was nice and close to shops/restaurants/beach, etc… We went to Tulio’s Mexican restaurant nearby and it was great. The unit itself is small, but definitely has all you need to stay for a few nights. Towels/body wash were provided and there was hot water to shower with. My only complaint is that there was black mold specs in the A/C unit and it was kind of loud, which I wasn’t a fan of having that air blowing into such a small room. You will also hear cars driving by throughout the night, so take that into consideration if something like that bothers you when you’re trying to sleep. We only stayed 1 night so we did not get to use the jacuzzi or any of the other amenities, but the back yard did look just like the photos and very relaxing.
