Newly remodeled 1BR 1BTH apartment style resort. Equipped with full kitchen, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils needed for cooking. Beautiful large bathroom with shower, large mirror and double sinks. Jetted Jacuzzi tub on other side of bathroom door. Bedroom is equipped with closest and dresser for clothes to be stored if desired, 42 inch LED flatscreen TV. King size bed with curtains that blocks out Sun almost completely. Common area has 48 inch TV. Queen size sofa bed for sleeping, dinner table with four chairs. Coffee tables, extra dresser for belonging, chest closet for putting belonging away. Ironing board, iron, love seat chair, lamps for less lighting if wanted. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience along with a safe for your winnings you will be blessed with. This property is located 100 feet from the south point hotel and casino which has a bowling alley with $1 early bird specials. Movie theater, cheapest liquor store in Las Vegas, one of the best breakfast and dinner buffets on Vegas blvd. Great slots and tables, and an awesome sports book. The grandview property has 3 pools 1 specifically for children, there are game rooms with pool tables and air hockey and many more for children of all ages. There is also mini golf, a computer room, and arcade style games. PARKING IS INCLUDED with stay at property, WI-FI is also included. Ice cold AC for the brutally high temperatures in the Las Vegas summer heat. BBQ grills are available all over the property if you want to grill. We have 24 hour security and 24 hour front desk help.

Excellent and quiet place

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Not too far from the strip. Quiet area with active security. Only issue I had is with the key cards not working but a call to the lobby and a few minutes later it was taken care of. Last thing to add, property owner kept communication and gave detail info on my stay. I would definitely bring my family back and stay at this location again.

Better than the pictures, so much fun

I had an amazing experience booking through Maurice! We had some difficulty checking in which was on behalf of the resort (not Maurice) and he was helpful in doing everything he could from afar. The place was better than the pictures and we had everything we needed. Made some pretty amazing memories!

Great Host Beautiful Arrangement

What a pleasant surprise and superior accommodations. It sleeps four. Well stocked kitchen… dishes, drink ware and cooking supplies. Very clean linen including towel (because I usually carry my own and didn’t need to this trip). Reasonable Priced. We loved the arrangement and to not have to pay for parking we a plus. Not that do a lot of gambling, the casino across the sidewalk was great. If you’re into buffets theirs is reasonably priced. The host was kind, quick responses and easy to work with.

Love the Grandview!

The location was great. The only thing that was a problem was that we had to get keys remade twice while we were there.

We checked in and the room was dirty trash on the table dirty tub the sheets and covers stained once we let the owner know he said he would refund us for the inconvenience still haven’t heard back from him the location was awesome and I would stay again but not booking with this individual
