Just 20 minutes from the property is the El Yunque rainforest. One of Puerto Rico’s breathtaking gems, it is filled with hundreds of native plants, hikes and waterfalls. When you’re ready for a day of shopping or a night on the town, the shops, restaurants, nightclubs and casinos of San Juan are a 45-minute drive.

Wonderful place!

We loved the place!! 3 bedrooms, all plenty large enough. Nice living room, kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor was perfect. Pool was very nice (no deep end). Being on the ocean was perfect. Water temp was superb, and the waves were great. Very safe as well. Very close to rain forest and many activities. Approximately 30 minutes from San Juan, so a nice location. Would definitely return!

The property is located in a fantastic beach area location. The home has everything you need for a stay. It is steps from the beach and feels secured. You have parking assigned. The pros: All of the above, and some very sweet details like snacks, coffee, sugar, detergent, even water in the fridge. Also, let me note that we didn't see not one bug our entire time in the villa-that is super. It is very hard to keep bugs away in a humid environment and these folks nailed it. Contact responded to us when we texted.The cons: We were there for 10 days and almost every single day there was construction above us. I found out the apartment above is being fully remodeled and they were drilling through the concrete and pounding. I had planned to work in the mornings and had to do conference calls in my car. Also the days we wanted to sleep in, we couldn't really do so. The noise was very very loud. Although we received responses, there really wasn't a solution. I understand that it may be something the owner didn't know about, however it is an important detail for someone renting a place for vacation. It took from some of our relaxation and frankly, we probably would have explored another option had we known, especially full price. Again, minus that, it would have been perfect.

Prefect place to stay while exploring the east side of the island!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the condo. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. As a family of 5, we had plenty of room to spread out. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was fabulous. The beds were super comfortable. The wash and dryer was so handy. The condo is stocked with beach-time basics, like boogie boards and beach towels. The property is right on a beautiful beach. The pool provided hours of fun for my family. We felt safe in the property. We were in easy driving distance to so many great restaurants and activities. The property manager is very responsive. We ended up arriving later than expected due to travel delays and she checked in to make sure we made it to the condo okay.
