Internet: Limited wifi data package. Streaming is available but not recommended for gaming. It is recommended to bring a backup if you are wifi dependent.

We require a signed renter's agreement and $300 security deposit "hold" just like a hotel. This is for damaged or missing items and rule violations like smoking indoors. It is signed and collected after booking. The hold is automatically released after departure.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless they are a certified & vested service dog in accordance with the ADA
According to the ADA, service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA
