Waterfront. Stay 50 feet from one of Delaware’s most popular beaches. Walk to the water and all the quaint shops and restaurants of historic Lewes, Delaware. This fourth floor condominium in the Ocean House building on Lewes Beach is well suited for your vacation. Double bed in the main bedroom, a Double Sleep sofa in the Living Room. A full bathroom in the hall. Shared washer and dryer located on the same floor as the unit.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The BEST location!
This is the perfect location for us! Right on the bay so we could simply take our kayaks across the parking lot to go boating. Great balcony with a view all down the cape. One thing to note: it says the beds are “doubles” but they seem to be queens as our sheets were too small. We slept on the foldout couch so we could see out the sliding glass doors on the mornings. Kitchen is amazing — everything you need.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great. Easy check in, the condo was nicely updated and comfortable, we had no issues. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family vacation
Lewes is great for a family with young kids! The beach is so close to the place. The building was quiet and clean. The location to town was not far either. The rental was just what we needed!
