A well-stocked Keurig, microwave, and fridge loaded with RO-filtered drinking water and your favorite soft-drink choice await your arrival. You will have a private entrance, a work desk, plates, silverware and cups, air conditioning/ heating, a walk-in shower, blow-drier, hi-speed internet, 40" smart TV… and a super comfy, king-sized bed. Various books and board games are provided for your enjoyment.

An OASIS in the desert

Exceeded ALL our expectations. Reserved, private parking steps away from your front door. The area is even well lit at night thanks to motion sensing flood lights. Once inside you have a large, impeccably clean room with everything you need - plus. King bed (moderate to firm, but comfortable); a small refrigerator/freezer with soft drinks and water + breakfast items; microwave, TV, bookshelf with books, games, cards; Keurig coffeemaker (with pods), dinnerware and utensils, ceramic coffee mugs. Ample storage for clothing and a desk/chair for work or dining. Good lighting + ceiling fan. Bathroom is clean, well lit, and the shower is spacious and has great water pressure. Chris was a wonderful host, very attentive, and has gone above & beyond to make this a true “gem”. Among the dozen or so dining suggestions provided, we chose The Original Blue Adobe - Wow! What a memorable meal. Don’t give it a second thought. This is the place! See if it doesn’t exceed your expectations too. I’m confident it will.

This is a very well maintained place to stay. From check-in to check-out perfection. Delighted to have such a nice place to stay while visiting the area.

Great location

This location had everything we needed and was close to the airport. If in Phoenix again we’d stay there again.

Honest value

This is not a plush, four star hotel or resort. It is a clean, comfortable, very well stocked, basic room with private bath. The responsive and accommodating host is definitely five star, with rapid, polite communication, genuine concern for your needs and excellent follow-up on any requests. Truly an excellent overall value for the budget-minded traveler.

I grew up in Rochester, NY - but left in 1978 to move to Phoenix. I'm 69, have been married to an incredible woman for 42 years - and we have 2 grandchildren (whom we are raising.) In my spare time, I play guitar, bass, and sing in a worship band.

You will find this a very simple, affordable and welcoming BnB, close to spring training facilities for both the Chicago Cubs and the Oakland A's... as well as numerous other attractions in the Phoenix area.

A completely private 3/4 bath is a huge benefit here... no worries about availability, who was in there last or why the room in disarray.
Another plus is the exceptionally large bedroom.
