Peaceful Fort Myers Retreat, with Open Floorplan, Lanai, & Pool Access
Peaceful and quiet home in Fort Myers Florida for vacation or working. Three bedrooms, one den/office and two full baths. There are two queen size beds available. The 3rd bedroom has an indoor treadmill. The large kitchen island is open to living room and dining room for comfort and enjoyment. There is a large lanai with a 4-6 person table. Two sun reclieners are available. The Lindsford community has a large pool, a spa, an exercize room, tennis courts and bocce.
Reservation for 3+ months stay is preferred during season. The community requires a 28 days minimum stay. It's a gated community and with very beautiful landscaping inside. The community has plenty of sidewalks where residents take their walks.
The drive to Fort Myers Beach is 35 minutes in low season and :45-1:15 in high season. Well-behaved pets may be allowed.

The neighborhood is near resturants, golf, entertainment, downtown, and a quick drive to Fort Myers Beach. The home is also near I-75 and it's a convenient to drive to Captiva, Sanibel, Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero, If you're up to driving a little farther, Sarsota is 1.5 hours, Tampa is 2 hours or Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Miami are all 2.5 hours.
The property is near Spring Training (MN Twins & Boston Redsox), RSW Airport and Page Airport.
