Our goal is for our guests is to have a 5-star stay & return again and again. We have tried to anticipate your needs and you will find this is not your normal rental… as all you will need to do is bring your clothes, food, golf clubs and we have the rest.

This condo speaks for itself... entering the unit you are wowed by the feel of a large spacious entry way. It is warm, inviting and professionally decorated. The open concept living area is large and boasts of comfort and relaxation. The formal dining room is a show stopper. It sets up the feel of the unit to be formal yet inviting. The lanai with its view overlooking the lake, golf course is the best place to start your day with that morning cup of coffee and at night enjoy the stunning sunsets from this western facing lanai. You will also find two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, remote work space overlooking the lake and golf course, and the laundry area with washer and dryer in the unit!

The living area and eating area are spectacular. In the beautifully appointed living area with luxury leather furnishings, comfy swivel chair and a 65-inch Smart TV is the perfect place to kick back and relax. (The love seat is a full sleeper sofa for that extra visitor.) The open Bellini floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends - the dining room seats 6 people, the kitchen counter has 4 bar stools, and the lovely lanai overlooks the golf course, lake and sunset views makes for a delightful evening.

The Master King bedroom is tranquil, and spacious.
This area provides guests with space to rest, relax and watch the 50-inch Smart TV in the comfort of the beautifully appointed bedroom. Plenty of storage with a large walk in master closet with lots of hangars, a well- stocked linen closet with white fluffy bath towels, luxury linens, extra pillows and more. There is a bathroom ensuite with walk in shower.

The second Queen bedroom is just as beautiful.
From the decor to the luxury linens - no detail is left unnoticed. This Queen bedroom has a remote-controlled adjustable bed, so you may elevate your head and feet to that perfect sleeping position. (They claim it can help with snoring…no promises though. Lol) This bedroom also has a 50-inch Smart TV and full closet loaded with hangars. Adjacent to this bedroom a full-size bathroom with tub/shower.

Restful Sleeping.
This Bellini floor plan has a very important benefit in that both bedrooms are in the FRONT of the condo. HUGE benefit in that you do not hear the golf course maintenance & mowers which start at 6am every day. The bedrooms feature plantation shutters for added darkness. Both bedrooms provide the comfort of a haven after a day at the beach, playing tennis or on the golf course.
Remote Working/Keeping Connected.
Should you need to do some work, we have equipped the condo with a nice work space adjacent to the kitchen that provides a direct view of the lake and course, so you can enjoy the scenery to help with that work/life balance. Just bring your laptop and we have a Wi-fi printer for our guest use and we include upgraded wi-fi in case you are doing Zoom video calls with your family and friends.

Sunrise & Sunsets.
The lanai provides the beautiful long view of the golf course (hole #1) and water, by day or... lit up at night, is a perfect place to enjoy, relax, recharge or entertain friends.

Beach Supplies & Private Storage.
This unit has an oversized storage unit which is the perfect place to keep your golf clubs. In the storage unit just outside your front door you will find 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, red beach wagon, coolers and a variety of beach toys. No need to bring beach/pool towels as we provide it all! There are multiple beaches within 8-20 miles drive of Bonita National.

Paradise on the Link’s is the perfect escape year round and most certainly escape the northern wintery cold to enjoy all SWFL offers... It is truly Paradise!

NOTE ON HOA TRANSFER: Renter is subject to HOA application, background check and approval and all required fees for application process are non-refundable.

MEMBER TRANSFER RATES (SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDENT ON BNGCC REQUIREMENTS)
*Social Membership transfer only (required) based on length of rental: $400/one month, $325/two months and $300/three months or more...social transfer provides you full access to all club amenities except golf (included is access to the championship tennis center, resort pool, all dining venues, special events, state of the art fitness center, spa, etc).
*Golf membership transfer (optional) at a one-time cost of $500 to transfer for full golf access. Greens/Cart fees still apply(Contact Pro-Shop for details on fees)
***** NOTE: 6.5% tax is applied to above applicable fees for total membership transfer costs*****
*Cleaning Fee: $450 per month (this includes a mid stay clean and check out deep cleaning.) Longer than month stays may have additional cleanings set up.
*Payment terms vary based on length of stay, dates, booked, etc. We require 30% at time of booking, 30% balance 5 months prior to day of arrival and remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. Holiday weeks may be at a higher rate depending on length of stay.

NOTE: Bonita National does not allow rentals for less than 30-days.
